1. Safety and Preparation | 安全与实验准备

Always wear safety goggles when handling chemicals (e.g., Benedict’s solution, biuret reagent) or heating substances. Tie back long hair and tuck in loose clothing. Work in a well-ventilated area, especially when using ethanol for the emulsion test.

2. Microscopy | 显微镜使用

Place the microscope on a sturdy bench. Plug in and switch on the lamp or adjust the mirror to direct light through the stage. Select the lowest-power objective lens (usually ×4 or ×10).
