1. Understanding the WJEC Art Course | 了解 WJEC 艺术课程

The WJEC Art and Design course is not a single drawing test; it is a sustained investigation assessed through a portfolio and an externally set assignment. Most of your marks come from coursework, so the summer is the ideal time to understand what ‘process’ means and to start collecting evidence of your visual thinking.

Typically, the course has two components: Component 1, the Portfolio, worth 60 percent, and Component 2, the Externally Set Assignment, worth 40 percent.
