1. Introduction to Case Study Practice | 案例学习实践入门
A case study in language learning is a short, realistic scenario that requires you to read, listen or respond in the target language. It might be a conversation between two friends, a short text message or a shop dialogue. The aim is to train you to pick out key information, understand cultural context and produce appropriate replies.
语言学习中的案例是一个简短的、贴近现实的场景,需要你用目标语言阅读、倾听或回应。它可能是两个朋友间的对话,一条短信,或者店里的对话。其目的是训练你提取关键信息、理解文化背景,并做出恰当的应答。
In OCR Spanish, case studies are often used to test your knowledge of introductions, numbers, dates, likes and dislikes, as well as basic grammar. The more you practise with these examples, the more confident you will become in speaking and writing.
在OCR西班牙语中,案例常用来考查你对自我介绍、数字、日期、喜好以及基础语法的掌握。你越是用这些例子练习,在口语和写作中就越自信。
Each of the following case studies is built around a theme from the Year 7 curriculum. You will see a Spanish text or dialogue, followed by a breakdown of essential language, a grammar focus and a mini-task you can try yourself.
下面的每个案例都围绕七年级课纲的一个主题构建。你会看到一段西班牙语文本或对话,随后是对核心语言的解析、语法聚焦,以及一个你可以自己尝试的小任务。
2. Case Study 1: ¡Hola! Me presento | 案例一:你好!我自我介绍
Read this conversation between two students, Lucía and Tom, who are meeting for the first time.
请读一下两名学生Lucía和Tom第一次见面时的对话。
Lucía: ¡Hola! ¿Cómo te llamas?
Tom: Me llamo Tom. ¿Y tú?
Lucía: Soy Lucía. ¿Cuántos años tienes?
Tom: Tengo once años. ¿Y tú?
Lucía: Tengo doce. Mucho gusto.
Tom: Igualmente. ¿De dónde eres?
Lucía: Soy de España, de Madrid. ¿Y tú?
Tom: Soy de Inglaterra, de Londres.
Let’s examine the key phrases one by one.
我们逐一来看看这些关键短语。
‘¡Hola!’ is an all-purpose greeting, suitable for any time of day. The upside-down exclamation mark signals an exclamation in Spanish.
‘¡Hola!’ 是一个全天候的问候语,任何时间都适用。倒感叹号是西班牙语中感叹句的标志。
‘¿Cómo te llamas?’ literally means ‘How do you call yourself?’ but is the standard way to ask ‘What is your name?’. Note the upside-down question mark at the start.
‘¿Cómo te llamas?’ 字面意思是“你怎么称呼自己?”,但它是问“你叫什么名字?”的标准方式。注意句首的倒问号。
The reply ‘Me llamo Tom’ follows the verb llamarse (to call oneself). Me llamo means ‘I call myself’. You can also say ‘Soy Tom’ (I am Tom).
回答’Me llamo Tom’使用的是动词llamarse(称呼自己)。Me llamo表示“我叫”。你也可以说’Soy Tom’(我是Tom)。
To ask about age, you use ‘¿Cuántos años tienes?’. The word ‘cuántos’ means ‘how many’. ‘Tienes’ comes from the verb tener (to have). In Spanish, you ‘have’ years rather than ‘are’ a certain age.
询问年龄时用’¿Cuántos años tienes?’。’cuántos’意为“多少”。’tienes’来自动词tener(有)。在西班牙语里,你“有”多少岁,而不是“是”多少岁。
The answer ‘Tengo once años’ uses tengo (I have). Numbers like once (11) and doce (12) are essential to memorise.
回答’Tengo once años’用了tengo(我有)。像once(11)和doce(12)这样的数字是必须记住的。
‘Mucho gusto’ means ‘Nice to meet you’, and ‘Igualmente’ means ‘Likewise’. These are polite phrases that make a good impression.
‘Mucho gusto’意为“很高兴认识你”,’Igualmente’意为“我也是”。这些礼貌用语会给人留下好印象。
‘¿De dónde eres?’ asks ‘Where are you from?’. The reply starts with ‘Soy de’ + place. Nationality adjectives, like español or inglesa, are not used here yet, but you often give the country and city.
‘¿De dónde eres?’问“你从哪里来?”。回答以’Soy de’加地名开头。这里暂时没有使用国籍形容词,如español或inglesa,但通常会说出国家和城市。
3. Language Toolkit: Greetings and Personal Info | 语言工具箱:问候和个人信息
Below is a reference table for the vocabulary and phrases used in self-introductions. Study it carefully before you attempt your own case study.
下面是自我介绍所用词汇和短语的参考表。在尝试你自己的案例之前,请仔细学习。
| Español | English | 中文 |
|---|---|---|
| Hola | Hello | 你好 |
| Buenos días | Good morning | 早上好 |
| Buenas tardes | Good afternoon | 下午好 |
| Buenas noches | Good evening/night | 晚上好/晚安 |
| ¿Cómo te llamas? | What is your name? | 你叫什么名字? |
| Me llamo… | My name is… | 我叫… |
| Soy… | I am… | 我是… |
| ¿Cuántos años tienes? | How old are you? | 你多大了? |
| Tengo … años | I am … years old | 我…岁。 |
| Mucho gusto | Nice to meet you | 很高兴认识你 |
| Igualmente | Likewise / Same here | 我也一样 |
| ¿De dónde eres? | Where are you from? | 你来自哪里? |
| Soy de … | I am from … | 我来自… |
Practise saying these aloud. In a case study, you might be asked to fill in gaps in a similar dialogue or to write your own introduction following this model.
大声练习说出这些句子。在案例中,你可能会被要求在一段类似对话中填空,或者模仿这个模板写出你自己的自我介绍。
4. Case Study 2: En el mercado | 案例二:在超市
Imagine you are at a market in Mexico. A customer wants to buy some fruit. Read the dialogue and pay attention to the numbers and food items.
想象你正在墨西哥的一个市场里。一位顾客想买一些水果。阅读这段对话,注意数字和食物名称。
Vendedor: ¡Buenos días! ¿Qué desea?
Cliente: Buenos días. Quiero manzanas, por favor.
Vendedor: Muy bien. ¿Cuántas manzanas quiere?
Cliente: Quiero cinco manzanas. ¿Cuánto cuestan?
Vendedor: Cuestan dos euros. ¿Algo más?
Cliente: Sí, también quiero tres plátanos y un kilo de uvas.
Vendedor: Perfecto. En total son cuatro euros con cincuenta.
Cliente: Aquí tiene. Gracias.
Vendedor: Gracias a usted. ¡Adiós!
‘¿Qué desea?’ is a formal way to ask ‘What would you like?’. In a shop, you will often hear it.
‘¿Qué desea?’是问“您想要什么?”的正式说法。在商店里你会经常听到。
‘Quiero’ means ‘I want’. It is followed directly by the item: quiero manzanas. For plural items, you add an -s: manzanas, plátanos.
‘Quiero’意为“我想要”。它后面直接接物品:quiero manzanas。复数物品要加-s:manzanas、plátanos。
To ask about quantity, use ‘¿Cuántos/as…?’. Cuántas manzanas (how many apples) agrees in gender and number with the noun.
询问数量时用’¿Cuántos/as…?’。Cuántas manzanas(多少个苹果)要与名词保持性和数的一致。
Prices are expressed with ‘cuestan’ (they cost). Euros are ‘euros’ and cents are ‘céntimos’. ‘En total son…’ gives the total.
价格用’cuestan’(它们价值)来表达。欧元叫’euros’,分为’céntimos’。’En total son…’给出总价。
Numbers like cinco (5), tres (3), un kilo (1 kilo) and phrases like ‘cuatro euros con cincuenta’ (4.50€) are key for shopping case studies.
像cinco(5)、tres(3)、un kilo(1公斤)这类数字以及“cuatro euros con cincuenta”(4.50欧元)等表达,是购物案例的重点。
5. Language Toolkit: Numbers, Food and Shopping | 语言工具箱:数字、食物和购物

| diez | ten | 十 |
| ¿Cuánto cuesta(n)? | How much does it/do they cost? | 多少钱? |
| euro(s) | euro(s) | 欧元 |
| en total | in total | 总共 |
Notice that feminine nouns like ‘la manzana’ use ‘cuántas’, while masculine ones like ‘el plátano’ use ‘cuántos’. This gender agreement is a key grammar point you will see again later.
注意阴性名词如’la manzana’要用’cuántas’,而阳性名词如’el plátano’则用’cuántos’。这种性的一致是后面还会见到的重要语法点。
6. Case Study 3: Mi horario escolar | 案例三:我的学校时间表
Now look at a school timetable description from a Year 7 student, Pablo. This is typical of a short written case study task.
现在来看一名七年级学生Pablo的课程表描述。这是一份典型的简短书写案例任务。
Hola, me llamo Pablo. Mi día favorito es el miércoles. Por la mañana tengo matemáticas, inglés y ciencias. Las matemáticas son difíciles pero me gustan. El recreo es a las once. Después del recreo tengo historia y educación física. Me encanta la educación física porque es divertida. Por la tarde tengo arte y música. El arte es muy interesante. No me gusta mucho la música porque es aburrida.
Let’s pull out the important structures for talking about school subjects and opinions.
我们来提取谈论学校科目和表达看法的重点结构。
‘Mi día favorito es…’ means ‘My favourite day is…’. The days of the week are masculine, so you use ‘el’ before them: el lunes, el miércoles.
‘Mi día favorito es…’ 意为“我最喜欢的日子是…”。星期几是阳性,所以前面要用’el’:el lunes(星期一),el miércoles(星期三)。
‘Por la mañana’ and ‘por la tarde’ are fixed phrases meaning ‘in the morning’ and ‘in the afternoon’. You do not change them according to the speaker.
‘Por la mañana’和’por la tarde’是固定短语,表示“在上午”和“在下午”。不随说话者变化。
School subjects include matemáticas (maths), inglés (English), ciencias (science), historia (history), educación física (PE), arte (art) and música (music). Notice that many end in -a but are not all feminine.
学校科目包括matemáticas(数学)、inglés(英语)、ciencias(科学)、historia(历史)、educación física(体育)、arte(艺术)和música(音乐)。注意不少科目以-a结尾,但并非都是阴性。
To give opinions, Pablo uses ‘me gusta’ (I like) and ‘me encanta’ (I love), as well as ‘no me gusta’ (I don’t like) and adjectives like difícil (difficult), divertido/a (fun), interesante (interesting) and aburrido/a (boring).
为表达看法,Pablo用了’me gusta’(我喜欢)和’me encanta’(我超爱),还有’no me gusta’(我不喜欢),以及difícil(困难)、divertido/a(有趣)、interesante(有趣味)和aburrido/a(无聊)等形容词。
Adjectives must agree with the noun: ‘las matemáticas son difíciles’, ‘la educación física es divertida’. This agreement is crucial in Spanish writing tasks.
形容词必须与名词保持一致:’las matemáticas son difíciles’,’la educación física es divertida’。这种一致在西班牙语写作任务中至关重要。
