Mucho gusto and Encantado are both polite ways to say “pleased to meet you”. Use Encantada if you are female.

The question ¿De dónde eres? asks “Where are you from?”. The answer uses Soy de… (I am from…).

The verb hay means “there is / there are”. It does not change in number.
动词 hay 意为 “有”,不论单复数形式不变。
Possessive adjectives must agree with the noun: mi padre, mi madre, mis padres, mis hermanas.
物主形容词必须与名词保持一致:mi padre, mi madre, mis padres, mis hermanas.
Adjectives describing people also follow gender and number: alto / alta, divertido / divertida, travieso / traviesa.

When stating someone’s job, do not use an article: Mi madre es profesora.

To talk about subjects, use tengo + subject: Tengo matemáticas. The phrase Me gusta jugar shows the verb gustar followed by an infinitive.

Words like después, luego, por la mañana, por la tarde help to sequence events.

Gustar is used with me, te, le, nos, os, les. It literally means “to be pleasing”. So Me gusta leer means “Reading pleases me”.
Gustar 与 me, te, le, nos, os, les 连用,字面意为 “使喜欢”。因此 Me gusta leer 意思是 “阅读使我愉悦”。
To say “I also like”, add También me gusta. For “I love”, use Me encanta.
要表达 “我也喜欢”,加上 También me gusta。表示 “我超爱” 用 Me encanta。
After jugar, you need a + el = al: jugar al fútbol, jugar al tenis.
jugar 后面需要加 a + el 组合成 al:jugar al fútbol, jugar al tenis.

¿Algo más? means “Anything else?” and Nada más is “Nothing else”.
¿Algo más? 意为 “还要别的吗?”,Nada más 是 “不要了”。
To ask for the price, use ¿Cuánto es? The answer uses Son… euros.

Task: You want to order “an orange juice and a slice of tortilla”. How would you say it?

The verb vivir is regular: vivo, vives, vive, vivimos, vivís, viven.
动词 vivir 是规则的:vivo, vives, vive, vivimos, vivís, viven.
Hay is used again to describe what there is. For location of singular and permanent things, use está: Está en el norte.
Hay 再次用来描述有什么。对于单个事物的永久位置,用 está:Está en el norte.
Adjectives like pequeño, preciosa, tranquilo must match the noun they describe.

The near future is formed with ir a + infinitive: Voy a ir, Vamos a quedar.
最近将来时由 ir a + 不定式构成:Voy a ir, Vamos a quedar.
The question ¿A qué hora vais a quedar? means “What time are you (plural) going to meet?”
¿A qué hora vais a quedar? 意思是 “你们打算几点见面?”。
Use quedar to mean “to meet up”. Delante de means “in front of”.
用 quedar 表示 “会面”。Delante de 意为 “在……前面”。
Task: Say in Spanish: “On Sunday I am going to play tennis and then I am going to study.”
