📚 Year 11 Edexcel German: Quick-Reference Formula & Rule Handbook | 爱德思Year 11德语:公式定理速查手册
This handbook brings together the essential ‘formulas’ and ‘rules’ for Edexcel GCSE German – the fixed patterns that make sentences work. Think of each section as a ready-made template you can apply in reading, writing, listening and speaking. Mastering these patterns will save you time in the exam and boost your accuracy.
本手册汇总了爱德思 GCSE 德语的核心“公式”与“定理”——那些让句子成立的固定套路。每个小节都是一个现成的模板,你可以直接运用到阅读、写作、听力和口语中。吃透这些模式,你就能在考场上节省时间并提升准确率。
1. Present Tense Verb Conjugations | 现在时动词变位
All regular verbs follow a predictable pattern. Memorise these endings as your first formula.
所有规则动词都遵循可预测的模式。请把这组词尾当作你的第一条公式来记忆。
stem + ENDINGS: ich -e | du -st | er/sie/es -t | wir -en | ihr -t | sie/Sie -en
For the verb spielen (to play):
以动词 spielen (玩) 为例:
| ich spiele | I play | wir spielen | we play |
| du spielst | you play (informal) | ihr spielt | you play (plural) |
| er/sie/es spielt | he/she/it plays | sie/Sie spielen | they/you (formal) play |
Irregular verbs often change the stem vowel in the du and er/sie/es forms. Common examples: e → i (essen → du isst), a → ä (fahren → du fährst).
不规则动词在 du 和 er/sie/es 的人称中词干元音常常变化。常见例子:e → i (essen → du isst), a → ä (fahren → du fährst)。
2. The Four Cases & Definite Articles | 四个格与定冠词
Case shows the function of a noun. Master this table – it unlocks everything from prepositions to adjective endings.
格表示名词的功能。掌握这个表格,你就能打通介词、形容词词尾等所有关卡。
| Case | Masculine | Feminine | Neuter | Plural |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nominative | der | die | das | die |
| Accusative | den | die | das | die |
| Dative | dem | der | dem | den (+n on noun) |
| Genitive | des (+s on noun) | der | des (+s on noun) | der |
Indefinite articles (ein/eine/ein) follow the same pattern. The accusative masculine becomes einen, dative masculine/neuter einem, etc.
不定冠词 (ein/eine/ein) 遵循相同规律。阳性第四格为 einen,阳性/中性第三格为 einem,依此类推。
3. Adjective Endings Formula | 形容词词尾公式
Adjective endings depend on the article and case. Use this decision formula: if the article already shows the case clearly, the adjective takes a weak ending (-e or -en). If not, it takes the strong ending of the definite article.
形容词词尾取决于冠词和格。用这条决策公式:如果冠词已经清楚地表明了格,形容词就使用弱变化词尾 (-e 或 -en);反之,则使用定冠词的强变化词尾。
After definite article (der/die/das): -e in nominative singular, -en almost everywhere else. After indefinite article (ein): adjective carries the case ending when the article does not (mixed). No article: adjective mimics the der-die-das endings.
定冠词后: 单数第一格用 -e,其余大多用 -en。不定冠词后: 冠词未能体现格变化时,形容词体现格词尾 (混合变化)。无冠词: 形容词模仿定冠词的词尾。
Definite: der nette Mann, den netten Mann, dem netten Mann
Indefinite: ein netter Mann, einen netten Mann, einem netten Mann
4. Preposition Case Rule | 介词格规则
Each preposition dictates a fixed case. Learning them in groups is the fastest route.
每个介词都要求一个固定的格。分组记忆是最快的方法。
- Accusative only: durch, für, gegen, ohne, um (remember: DOGFU)
- Dative only: aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu (sing ‘Aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu – dem Herrn bleibst du immer treu!’)
- Two-way (Wechselpräpositionen): an, auf, hinter, in, neben, über, unter, vor, zwischen. Accusative for motion (where to?), dative for location (where?).
- 只接第四格: durch, für, gegen, ohne, um (记住狗:DOGFU)
- 只接第三格: aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu (唱出来:aus, bei, mit, nach, seit, von, zu – 第三格永远跟随!)
- 两部分介词 (静三动四): an, auf, hinter, in, neben, über, unter, vor, zwischen。表移动用第四格,表静态位置用第三格。
Ich gehe in die Schule. (Accusative, movement) vs Ich bin in der Schule. (Dative, location)
5. Perfect Tense Construction | 完成时态构造
The perfect tense is the main past tense in spoken German. Its formula is rigid.
完成时是德语口语中的主要过去时态,其构造公式很严格。
haben/sein (present tense) + PAST PARTICIPLE (at the end)
Past participles are formed as ge + stem + t for regular verbs (spielen → gespielt). Many irregular verbs use ge + stem with changed vowel + en (helfen → geholfen). Verbs of movement or state change take sein (ich bin gegangen, ich bin aufgewacht).
规则动词的过去分词:ge + 词干 + t (spielen → gespielt)。很多不规则动词用 ge + 变化词干 + en (helfen → geholfen)。表示位移或状态变化的动词用 sein (ich bin gegangen, ich bin aufgewacht)。
6. Modal Verb Framework | 情态动词框架
Modal verbs modify the meaning of a second verb, which is pushed to the end in the infinitive.
情态动词修饰第二个动词的意义,并把第二个动词推到句末用原形。
Subject + modal verb (conjugated, V2) + … + INFINITIVE (at end)
Modal verbs: können, müssen, dürfen, wollen, sollen, mögen (möchten). Their own conjugation is irregular: ich kann, du kannst, er kann, wir können.
情态动词:können, müssen, dürfen, wollen, sollen, mögen (möchten)。它们自身的变位不规则:ich kann, du kannst, er kann, wir können。
Ich muss meine Hausaufgaben machen. (I must do my homework.)
7. Subordinating Conjunction Word Order | 从句连词语序
This is one of the most important ‘formulas’ for higher grades. Subordinating conjunctions send the conjugated verb to the very end.
这是冲击高分最重要的“公式”之一。从属连词将变位动词踢到从句的句末。
CONJUNCTION + Subject + … + VERB (last position)
Key conjunctions: weil (because), dass (that), wenn (if/when), obwohl (although), damit (so that), als (when, in the past).
关键连词:weil (因为), dass (引导名词性从句), wenn (如果/当), obwohl (尽管), damit (为了), als (过去一次性事件“当”)。
Ich bleibe zu Hause, weil ich krank bin. (I’m staying home because I am ill.)
8. Inversion & Time-Manner-Place | 反语序与时间-方式-地点
German main clauses always have the verb in second position. If you start with something other than the subject, the subject goes after the verb. The standard extra-element order is Time, Manner, Place (TMP).
德语主句的变位动词永远处于第二位。如果以非主语成分开头,主语就要放到动词后面。多个额外信息的标准顺序是时间、方式、地点 (TMP)。
TMP + VERB (V2) + Subject + …
Example: Nächstes Wochenende (Time) fahre ich nach Berlin. Mit dem Zug (Manner) fahre ich nach Berlin. Nach Berlin (Place) fahre ich nächstes Wochenende.
例子:Nächstes Wochenende (时间) fahre ich nach Berlin. Mit dem Zug (方式) fahre ich nach Berlin. Nach Berlin (地点) fahre ich nächstes Wochenende。
9. Reflexive Verb Patterns | 反身动词模式
Reflexive verbs require a pronoun that matches the subject. The pronoun goes in the accusative or dative case.
反身动词需要一个与主语匹配的反身代词。该代词用第四格或第三格。
Accusative reflexive pronouns: mich, dich, sich, uns, euch, sich. Dative (less common): mir, dir, sich, uns, euch, sich.
第四格反身代词:mich, dich, sich, uns, euch, sich。第三格反身代词:mir, dir, sich, uns, euch, sich。
ich wasche mich (I wash myself), ich wasche mir die Hände (I wash my hands – dative for body parts)
Place the reflexive pronoun directly after the conjugated verb or subject (if inversion). Normal: Ich freue mich auf die Ferien. Inversion: Jeden Tag freue ich mich auf die Ferien.
反身代词紧跟在变位动词或主语之后 (倒装时)。正常词序: Ich freue mich auf die Ferien. 倒装: Jeden Tag freue ich mich auf die Ferien。
10. Comparative & Superlative Forms | 比较级与最高级
Adjectives and adverbs follow a predictable upgrade path. Add -er for comparative and am …-sten for the superlative used as a predicate.
形容词和副词的升级路径很规律。比较级加 -er,表语最高级用 am …-sten。
POSITIVE → COMPARATIVE: adjective + -er (e.g. schnell → schneller)
SUPERLATIVE: am + adjective + -sten (e.g. am schnellsten)
Most one-syllable adjectives add an umlaut where possible: warm → wärmer, am wärmsten; alt → älter, am ältesten. Common irregulars: gut → besser → am besten; viel → mehr → am meisten; gern → lieber → am liebsten.
大多数单音节形容词会变元音:warm → wärmer, am wärmsten; alt → älter, am ältesten。常见不规则:gut → besser → am besten; viel → mehr → am meisten; gern → lieber → am liebsten。
In comparisons, use als (than): Ich bin schneller als du. For equality, use so … wie: so schnell wie möglich.
比较时用 als (比):Ich bin schneller als du。同等比较用 so … wie:so schnell wie möglich。
11. Imperative Formulas | 祈使句公式
The imperative has three forms. All share one golden rule: verb first.
祈使句有三种形式,共同金律:动词打头。
- du-form: Stem (+ e optional). Arbeite!/Arbeit! Komm! Fahr! (Change stem vowel applies: Lies! Iss!)
- ihr-form: Stem + t. Arbeitet! Kommt! Fahrt!
- Sie-form: Verb (infinitive) + Sie. Arbeiten Sie! Kommen Sie!
- du 形式: 词干 (+ e 可选)。Arbeite!/Arbeit! Komm! Fahr! (注意词干元音变化:Lies! Iss!)
- ihr 形式: 词干 + t。Arbeitet! Kommt! Fahrt!
- Sie 形式: 动词原形 + Sie。Arbeiten Sie! Kommen Sie!
The du-imperative drops the pronoun ‘du’, but the ihr and Sie forms keep the pronoun.
du 祈使句省略人称代词 ‘du’,但 ihr 和 Sie 形式保留代词。
12. Question Words & Word Order | 疑问词与语序
Yes/no questions start with the verb. W-questions start with a question word, followed by the verb.
一般疑问句以动词开头。特殊疑问句以疑问词开头,后接动词。
Yes/No: VERB + Subject + … ? (Spielst du Tennis?)
W-Question: Fragewort + VERB + Subject + … ? (Wann spielst du Tennis?)
Essential question words: Wer (who, nominative), Wen (whom, accusative), Wem (whom, dative), Was (what), Wo (where), Wohin (where to), Woher (where from), Wann (when), Warum (why), Wie (how), Wie viel (how much).
必背疑问词:Wer (谁,第一格), Wen (谁,第四格), Wem (谁,第三格), Was (什么), Wo (哪里), Wohin (去哪里), Woher (从哪里来), Wann (什么时候), Warum (为什么), Wie (怎样), Wie viel (多少)。
