Welcome to your Year 13 WJEC Physical Education summer bridging programme. This course is designed to consolidate your AS knowledge and introduce the advanced A2 topics you will tackle across Units 3 and 4. The anaerobic glycolytic system then dominates from approximately 10 to 90 seconds, producing ATP without oxygen but leading to lactic acid accumulation.

Practise structuring your answers with clear topic sentences, relevant research evidence and a balanced conclusion. Use the PEEL structure: Point, Evidence, Explain, Link.
