Power – The capacity of an individual or group to influence or control the actions of others, even against resistance. It can be exercised through force, persuasion, or manipulation.

Political Culture – The set of attitudes, beliefs, and values that shape the political behaviour of a society. Almond and Verba identified parochial, subject, and participant cultures.
