AS CCEA German: Practical Assessment Key Points | AS CCEA 德语:实验/实践考核要点

📚 AS CCEA German: Practical Assessment Key Points | AS CCEA 德语:实验/实践考核要点

The AS CCEA German practical assessment, commonly referred to as the speaking exam, is a fundamental component of the qualification. It assesses your ability to communicate effectively in German through a prepared presentation and a spontaneous conversation. Success demands a combination of linguistic accuracy, confident pronunciation, and the capacity to develop and justify ideas under timed conditions.

AS CCEA 德语实践考核,也就是口语考试,是整个资格证书中至关重要的一环。它通过一个有准备的个人陈述和即兴对话,考查你用德语有效沟通的能力。取得好成绩需要综合运用语言准确性、自信的发音,以及在限时条件下展开并论证观点的能力。

1. Assessment Structure and Format | 考试结构与形式

The AS CCEA German speaking assessment lasts approximately 15 minutes, preceded by 15 minutes of supervised preparation time. It comprises two distinct tasks: the presentation (Task 1) lasting 3 to 4 minutes, and a follow-up conversation (Task 2) that continues for 8 to 10 minutes. The overall weighting is 30% of the AS qualification, making it a high-stakes component.

AS CCEA 德语口语考试时长约15分钟,之前有15分钟有监督的准备时间。考试由两个独立任务组成:个人陈述(任务一)时长3至4分钟,以及紧随其后的对话(任务二)持续8至10分钟。这部分占 AS 总成绩的30%,因此分数权重很高。

During the preparation time you receive a stimulus card related to one of the AS themes, but crucially, you also finalise the launch of your own chosen research topic for the presentation. You are allowed to bring a cue card with brief bullet points, but you must not read from a script. Examiners expect natural, engaging delivery.

在准备时间内,你会拿到一张与 AS 主题相关的提示卡,但更关键的是,你也要最终敲定自己选择的研究陈述主题。你可以携带一张写有简短要点的提示卡,但严禁照着稿子念。考官期望的是自然、有感染力的表达。

2. Assessment Objectives and Mark Scheme | 评分目标与评分标准

The speaking exam is marked against three assessment objectives, split across the two tasks. For the presentation, content and organisation carry 10 marks, and language carries another 10 marks. For the conversation, marks are distributed as follows: comprehension and response (10 marks), development and justification of ideas (10 marks), accuracy (10 marks), and range of vocabulary and structures (10 marks). The total available is 60 marks.

口语考试依据三个评估目标评分,并拆分到两个任务中。对于陈述部分,内容与组织占10分,语言占10分。对于对话部分,评分分布如下:理解与回应(10分),观点展开与论证(10分),准确性(10分),词汇和句型的多样性(10分)。总分为60分。

Assessment Objective English Description 中文描述
AO1 Understand and respond to spoken language 理解并回应口语
AO2 Express ideas and opinions, and justify them 表达观点并进行论证
AO3 Use a range of vocabulary and structures accurately 准确使用多样化的词汇和句型

Examiners apply a ‘best fit’ approach within each band. Sustaining a high level of accuracy and range throughout the conversation is more impressive than producing a few complex sentences at the start and then retreating to simple language. Consistency matters.

考官在每个评分段内采用“最佳匹配”原则。在整个对话过程中持续保持高水平的准确性和多样性,远比开头说几个复杂句子然后又回到简单表达要令人印象深刻。连贯一致性十分重要。

3. Choosing Your Research Topic for the Presentation | 选择个人陈述的研究主题

You should select a topic that is personally engaging and clearly connected to a German-speaking country or culture. Avoid overly broad subjects such as ‘German history’; instead, narrow it down to something like ‘The significance of Carnival in Cologne and its impact on youth identity’. The topic must allow you to research facts, form opinions, and justify them.

你应当选择一个自己真正感兴趣,并且与德语国家或文化有明确联系的主题。避免过于宽泛的题目,如“德国历史”;要将其缩小为类似“科隆狂欢节的意义及其对青年身份认同的影响”这样的具体方向。该主题必须能够让你查阅事实、形成观点并加以论证。

Pick a topic that generates enough material for a structured talk. Consider recent developments, controversies, or personal encounters. For instance, if you are fascinated by the environmental movement, you could focus on ‘Fridays for Future in Berlin: youth activism and political change’. There must be scope for evaluation.

所选主题要能产出足够的材料,支撑起一个结构清晰的演讲。可以考虑近期发展、争议话题或个人体验。例如,如果你对环境运动感兴趣,可以聚焦“柏林周五为未来运动:青年行动主义与政治变革”。必须有可供评价的空间。

4. Crafting a Coherent Presentation | 构思连贯的陈述稿

Your presentation should have a clear introduction stating the theme and your main argument, a logical sequence of points in the body, and a concise conclusion. Use signposting phrases like Zunächst möchte ich über … sprechen (First I would like to talk about …) or Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt ist … (Another important aspect is …). This helps the examiner follow your line of reasoning.

你的陈述应有一个清晰的开头,说明主题和主要论点;主体部分要点排列符合逻辑;结尾简明扼要。使用如 Zunächst möchte ich über … sprechen(首先我想谈一下……)或 Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt ist …(另一个重要方面是……)这样的路标短语,有助于考官跟上你的论证思路。

Incorporate statistics, quotes, or brief case studies to add depth. For example, you could say, Laut einer Studie des Umweltbundesamtes … (According to a study by the Federal Environment Agency …). While you may memorise key data, deliver them naturally; avoid sounding like you are reciting a list. Your personal reaction to the evidence is essential.

加入数据、引语或简短案例研究以增加深度。比如你可以说,Laut einer Studie des Umweltbundesamtes …(根据联邦环境局的一项研究……)。你可以记住关键数据,但表达要自然;不要听上去像在背诵清单。你对证据的个人反应是必不可少的。

5. Mastering the Follow-up Conversation | 掌握后续对话的诀窍

After the presentation, the examiner will engage you in a conversation that starts from your topic but broadens to cover other AS themes. You must listen actively and provide extended answers, not just yes or no. Aim to use PETER structure: Point, Explanation, Tense variety, Example, and personal Reaction.

陈述结束后,考官会与你展开对话,对话从你的主题出发,逐步扩展至其他 AS 主题。你必须积极倾听并给出充分展开的回答,而不能仅仅回答是或不是。力争使用 PETER 结构:观点、解释、时态变化、例子和个人反应。

If you are asked Wie hat sich die Einstellung junger Leute zur Umwelt verändert? (How has young people’s attitude to the environment changed?), don’t just say Sie ist besser geworden. Develop it: Ich glaube, dass junge Leute heute umweltbewusster sind als früher, weil …. Always justify with conjunctions like weil, obwohl, deshalb.

如果被问到“Wie hat sich die Einstellung junger Leute zur Umwelt verändert?”(年轻人对环境的态度发生了怎样的变化?),不要只说“Sie ist besser geworden”。要展开来谈:“Ich glaube, dass junge Leute heute umweltbewusster sind als früher, weil …”。始终使用 weil, obwohl, deshalb 等连词进行论证。

6. Pronunciation, Intonation and Fluency | 语音、语调与流利度

Clear pronunciation of umlauts (ä, ö, ü), the sharp ‘ch’ sound, and ‘r’ plays a huge role in making your speech natural. Practise the difference between schon and schön, or Kirche and Kirsche. Intonation should rise towards the end of a question and fall in statements. Monotone delivery diminishes impact.

清晰发出变音字母(ä, ö, ü)、清晰的 ‘ch’ 音以及 ‘r’ 音,对让你的口语显得自然至关重要。练习区分 schon 和 schön,或 Kirche 和 Kirsche。语调应在问句末尾上扬,在陈述句末尾下沉。单调平淡的表达会削弱感染力。

Fluency does not mean speaking rapidly without pauses. It means maintaining a steady pace, using fillers like also, naja, eigentlich to buy thinking time naturally. Record yourself and compare your pitch contour with native speaker podcasts. Aim for confident hesitation rather than panicked silence.

流利并不意味着不停顿地快速讲话。它指的是保持平稳的语速,使用 also, naja, eigentlich 等填充词自然地为自己争取思考时间。录制自己的声音并对比母语者播客的语调起伏。追求的是自信的犹豫,而不是恐慌的沉默。

7. Grammatical Accuracy Under Pressure | 压力下的语法准确性

High marks in the conversation depend on sustained correct use of verb positions, cases, and adjective endings. A common slip is placing the verb incorrectly after subordinating conjunctions. If you start a sentence with Weil ich müde bin, the verb bin must come at the end. Practise drills until these patterns become automatic.

对话部分的高分取决于能否持续正确运用动词位置、格位和形容词词尾。一个常见失误是在从属连词后错误放置动词位置。如果你用 Weil ich müde bin 开头句子,动词 bin 必须放在句末。反复操练使得这些句型变成下意识反应。

Use varied tenses: present for general truths, perfect for past experiences, future or conditional for hypotheses. For example, Ich werde nächstes Jahr nach Deutschland reisen, um mein Deutsch zu verbessern. Mistakes with irregular participles erode accuracy marks, so revise the list of strong verbs.

使用多样化的时态:一般现在时表示普遍真理,现在完成时描述过往经历,将来时或条件式表示假设。例如,Ich werde nächstes Jahr nach Deutschland reisen, um mein Deutsch zu verbessern。不规则第二分词上的错误会拉低准确性得分,因此要复习强变化动词表。

8. Expanding Vocabulary and Range of Structures | 拓展词汇和句型多样性

Examiners look beyond basic opinion phrases. Replace Ich finde … gut with Meiner Meinung nach spielt … eine zentrale Rolle, weil …. Incorporate a range of subordinate clauses, relative clauses, and passive constructions. For instance, Es wird oft behauptet, dass … (It is often claimed that …).

考官期待你使用的不仅是基础的看法表达。将 Ich finde … gut 替换为 Meiner Meinung nach spielt … eine zentrale Rolle, weil …。要加入多样的从句、关系从句和被动结构。例如,Es wird oft behauptet, dass …(人们常称……)。

Prepare a toolbox of connectors (trotzdem, einerseits/andererseits, infolgedessen) and extender phrases (Das erinnert mich an …, Was noch wichtiger ist …). Demonstrating the ability to handle abstract nouns like die Gleichberechtigung or die Nachhaltigkeit signals advanced linguistic maturity.

准备好一整套连接词(trotzdem, einerseits/andererseits, infolgedessen)和扩展短语(Das erinnert mich an …, Was noch wichtiger ist …)。展现你能驾驭诸如 die Gleichberechtigung(平等)或 die Nachhaltigkeit(可持续性)等抽象名词的能力,标志着较高级的语言成熟度。

9. Time Management During the Exam | 考试中的时间管理

Use the 15-minute preparation time wisely. Quickly jot down a bullet-point skeleton of your presentation, but leave room to refine the first sentence until it is confident. Do not write out full paragraphs; the cue card is an emergency aid, not a script. Spend a few minutes anticipating possible conversation questions and formulating keywords.

善用15分钟的准备时间。快速列出陈述的要点框架,但要留出空间打磨第一句话,直到你觉得足够自信。不要写出完整段落;提示卡只是应急辅助,不是讲稿。花几分钟时间预判可能的对话提问,并列出关键词。

During the exam, keep an eye on the clock subtly. If you have spoken for 4 minutes in the presentation, wrap up gracefully with a concluding sentence like Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass …. In the conversation, avoid short yes/no answers that force the examiner to repeatedly prompt you, as this wastes time and reduces interaction quality.

考试过程中,要暗中关注时间。如果陈述已经进行了4分钟,要用像 Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass … 这样得体的总结句收尾。在对话环节,避免简短的肯定/否定回答,因为这会导致考官不得不反复追问,既浪费时间又降低互动质量。

10. Handling Unexpected Questions | 应对意料之外的问题

You will likely face questions you have not rehearsed. The key is to acknowledge the question, buy time, and then respond. Use phrases like Das ist eine interessante Frage … Ich habe noch nicht darüber nachgedacht, aber ich würde sagen … (That is an interesting question … I haven’t thought about it yet, but I would say …).

你很可能会遇到没有准备过的提问。关键在于承认问题、争取时间、然后作答。使用诸如 Das ist eine interessante Frage … Ich habe noch nicht darüber nachgedacht, aber ich würde sagen …(这是个有趣的问题……我还没想过,但我会说……)等表达。

Never fall silent. If you cannot think of a concrete fact, develop a general comment while demonstrating critical thinking. The examiner is assessing your linguistic response, not the factual correctness of absolutely every detail. A well-structured “I suppose that … because …” earns far more marks than a correct but one-word answer.

绝不要陷入沉默。如果一时想不起具体事实,可以边展现批判性思维边展开一般性评论。考官评估的是你的语言回应,而不是你每一个细节的事实准确性。一个结构清晰的“我认为……,因为……”比一个正确但只有单词的回答得分要高得多。

11. Common Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them | 常见失误与规避方法

Many candidates lose marks by relying on anglicisms or direct translations. Instead of saying Ich bin rekrutiert, use Ich habe eine Stelle bekommen. Avoid mixing up wenn (when/if) with als (when in the past). Similarly, gender errors accumulate: always learn nouns with the article, not in isolation.

许多考生因依赖英语式表达或直译而丢分。不要用 Ich bin rekrutiert,而要说 Ich habe eine Stelle bekommen。避免混淆 wenn(当……时/如果)与 als(过去的一次性“当……时”)。同样,词性错误会不断累积:永远将名词与冠词绑在一起记忆,不要孤立记忆。

Another frequent problem is neglecting the formal Sie form when addressing the examiner, especially if you inadvertently switch to du due to nerves. Maintain a respectful Sie throughout. Also, failing to ask for repetition politely (Könnten Sie das bitte wiederholen?) can lead to misunderstanding.

另一个常见问题是忽略了称呼考官时的 Sie 敬称,尤其当你因紧张无意中切换成 du 时。全程要保持尊称 Sie。此外,若不礼貌地请求重复(Könnten Sie das bitte wiederholen?),可能会导致误解。

12. Final Preparation Tips and Rehearsal Techniques | 最终准备技巧与演练方法

In the weeks leading up to the exam, practise with a speaking partner or record yourself daily. Focus on one theme per session and push yourself to speak spontaneously for two minutes without stopping. Listen back to identify areas where you paused unnaturally or made repeated errors.

在考试前几周,找口语搭档练习,或每天给自己录音。每次聚焦一个主题,强迫自己不做停顿地即兴讲上两分钟。回听录音,找出不自然的停顿或重复犯错的环节。

Create mind maps for each AS theme linking related vocabulary. On the morning of the exam, warm up your voice with tongue twisters like Fischers Fritze fischt frische Fische. Arrive early, breathe deeply, and remind yourself that the examiner wants you to perform well. The practical assessment is your opportunity to showcase genuine communication.

为每一个 AS 主题制作连接相关词汇的思维导图。考试当天早晨,用 Fischers Fritze fischt frische Fische 这样的绕口令开声。提前到场,深呼吸,并提醒自己考官是希望你有好表现的。这场实践考核是你展示真实沟通能力的机会。
