1. Counting Forward by Ones | 用一计数
Counting by ones means saying numbers in order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on. When we count forward, each new number is exactly one more than the number before it. This is called the counting sequence.
用一计数就是按顺序说出数字:1、2、3、4、5,依此类推。当我们正数时,每个新数字恰好比前一个数字多一。这被称为计数序列。
For example, if we start at 1 and count by ones, we say: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. After 10, we continue to 11, 12, 13, and all the way up to 100. Each step adds exactly one more.
