欢迎迈出德语学习的第一步!这门暑期课程专为即将升入七年级(Year 7)的同学设计,帮助你在开始 OCR 德语课程之前打下扎实的基础。你将学习关键发音、必备词汇和简单的句子结构——全部采用中英双解、短小精悍的板块呈现。学完本指南后,你将能够问候他人、自我介绍、数数、谈论家人以及描述日常物品。让我们开始吧!
1. The German Alphabet and Pronunciation | 德语字母与发音
The German alphabet has the same 26 letters as English, plus the special characters ä, ö, ü, and ß. Pronunciation is more consistent than English: once you know the rules, you can read almost any word. Pay special attention to the vowels with Umlauts – they change the sound completely. The letter ‘w’ is pronounced like English ‘v’, ‘v’ like ‘f’, and ‘ß’ is a sharp ‘s’ sound. Listen carefully to native speakers and repeat aloud.
德语字母表包含与英语相同的26个字母,外加特殊字符 ä、ö、ü 和 ß。德语的发音比英语更有规律:一旦掌握了规则,几乎可以读出任何单词。特别注意带分音符号的元音——它们会完全改变发音。字母 ‘w’ 发英语 ‘v’ 的音,’v’ 发 ‘f’ 的音,’ß’ 则是一个尖锐的 ‘s’ 音。仔细聆听母语者的发音并大声跟读。
2. Greetings and Basic Phrases | 问候语与基本表达
Knowing how to greet people is your first communication tool. Common greetings include ‘Hallo’ (Hello), ‘Guten Morgen’ (Good morning), ‘Guten Tag’ (Good day), and ‘Guten Abend’ (Good evening). To say goodbye, use ‘Tschüss’ (Bye) or ‘Auf Wiedersehen’ (Goodbye). When asking how someone is, say ‘Wie geht’s?’ – the reply is often ‘Gut, danke’ (Good, thanks). Practice these daily until they feel natural.
学会问候是你沟通的第一步。常用问候语包括“Hallo”(你好)、“Guten Morgen”(早上好)、“Guten Tag”(你好)和“Guten Abend”(晚上好)。道别时用“Tschüss”(再见)或“Auf Wiedersehen”(再见)。询问对方近况时说“Wie geht’s?”,通常的回答是“Gut, danke”(好,谢谢)。每天练习,直到这些表达脱口而出。
3. Numbers 0-20 | 数字 0-20
Numbers are everywhere: prices, ages, times. Start with 0–10: null, eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn. Then move to 11–20: elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig. Notice that 16 and 17 drop a letter for easier pronunciation. A fun tip: German numbers 13–19 all end in ‘-zehn’ (ten), which helps with pattern recognition.
数字无处不在:价格、年龄、时间。从0–10开始:null, eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf, sechs, sieben, acht, neun, zehn。然后学习11–20:elf, zwölf, dreizehn, vierzehn, fünfzehn, sechzehn, siebzehn, achtzehn, neunzehn, zwanzig。注意16和17为了发音方便省略了一个字母。一个有趣的窍门:德语数字13–19都以“-zehn”(十)结尾,这有助于识别规律。
4. Introducing Yourself | 自我介绍
To say your name, use ‘Ich heiße …’ (I am called …) or ‘Mein Name ist …’. You might also share your age: ‘Ich bin … Jahre alt.’ Ask someone’s name with ‘Wie heißt du?’ (informal) or ‘Wie heißen Sie?’ (formal). For Year 7, stick to the informal ‘du’ with classmates. Combine phrases: ‘Hallo, ich heiße Anna. Ich bin elf Jahre alt.’ This builds confidence right from the start.
介绍名字时,用“Ich heiße …”(我叫……)或“Mein Name ist …”。还可以说出年龄:“Ich bin … Jahre alt.”。询问对方姓名用“Wie heißt du?”(非正式)或“Wie heißen Sie?”(正式)。七年级与同学交流时用非正式的“du”即可。组合使用这些句型:“Hallo, ich heiße Anna. Ich bin elf Jahre alt.” 从一开始就能建立自信。
5. Colours | 颜色
Colours make descriptions vivid. The basic colours are: rot (red), blau (blue), grün (green), gelb (yellow), schwarz (black), weiß (white), braun (brown), lila (purple), rosa (pink), orange (orange), grau (grey). Practise by pointing: ‘Der Himmel ist blau’ (The sky is blue), ‘Das Gras ist grün’ (The grass is green). Adjectives often appear in front of nouns, and they change endings later, but for now just learn the base forms.
颜色让描述变得生动。基本颜色有:rot(红)、blau(蓝)、grün(绿)、gelb(黄)、schwarz(黑)、weiß(白)、braun(棕)、lila(紫)、rosa(粉)、orange(橙)、grau(灰)。指着物品练习:“Der Himmel ist blau”(天空是蓝色的)、“Das Gras ist grün”(草是绿色的)。形容词常出现在名词之前,将来会学习词尾变化,现在只需记住基本形式。
6. Family Members | 家庭成员
Talk about your family using: die Mutter (mother), der Vater (father), der Bruder (brother), die Schwester (sister), die Oma (grandma), der Opa (grandpa). Notice the words for ‘the’: ‘der’ (masculine), ‘die’ (feminine), ‘das’ (neuter). You can say ‘Meine Mutter heißt …’ (My mother is called …) and ‘Ich habe einen Bruder’ (I have a brother). Build a simple family tree and label it in German – this makes vocabulary stick.
谈论家庭成员时使用:die Mutter(母亲)、der Vater(父亲)、der Bruder(兄弟)、die Schwester(姐妹)、die Oma(奶奶/外婆)、der Opa(爷爷/外公)。注意定冠词“the”的三种形式:“der”(阳性)、“die”(阴性)、“das”(中性)。你可以说“Meine Mutter heißt …”(我妈妈叫……)和“Ich habe einen Bruder”(我有一个兄弟)。画一张简易家谱并用德语标注——这能让词汇记得更牢。
7. School Items | 学校用品
Get ready for the classroom by learning: das Buch (book), der Stift (pen), der Bleistift (pencil), das Heft (exercise book), die Tasche (bag), der Tisch (table), der Stuhl (chair), die Tafel (board). Use the phrase ‘Das ist ein/eine …’ (That is a …). For example, ‘Das ist ein Bleistift.’ ‘Das ist eine Tasche.’ This builds your first noun vocabulary linked to your daily school life.
为课堂学习做好准备,记住以下词汇:das Buch(书)、der Stift(钢笔)、der Bleistift(铅笔)、das Heft(练习本)、die Tasche(书包)、der Tisch(桌子)、der Stuhl(椅子)、die Tafel(黑板)。用“Das ist ein/eine …”句型,例如“Das ist ein Bleistift.” “Das ist eine Tasche.” 这样就能初步建立与日常学校生活相关的名词词汇。
8. Days of the Week and Months | 星期与月份
The days of the week are: Montag (Monday), Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Freitag, Samstag (or Sonnabend), Sonntag. Months: Januar, Februar, März, April, Mai, Juni, Juli, August, September, Oktober, November, Dezember. Notice that days and months are written with capital letters – all German nouns are capitalised. ‘Heute ist Montag’ (Today is Monday). Learn them to a tune for easier recall.
星期:Montag(星期一)、Dienstag、Mittwoch、Donnerstag、Freitag、Samstag(或Sonnabend)、Sonntag。月份:Januar, Februar, März, April, Mai, Juni, Juli, August, September, Oktober, November, Dezember。注意日期和月份的首字母要大写——所有德语名词都需要大写。“Heute ist Montag”(今天是星期一)。编个顺口溜帮助记忆。
9. Basic Verbs: ‘haben’ and ‘sein’ | 基本动词:haben 与 sein
The two most important verbs are ‘haben’ (to have) and ‘sein’ (to be). Present tense forms:
| ich habe (I have) | ich bin (I am) |
| du hast (you have, informal) | du bist (you are) |
| er/sie/es hat (he/she/it has) | er/sie/es ist (he/she/it is) |
| wir haben (we have) | wir sind (we are) |
| ihr habt (you all have) | ihr seid (you all are) |
| sie/Sie haben (they/you formal have) | sie/Sie sind (they/you formal are) |
These verbs let you express yourself: ‘Ich bin müde’ (I am tired), ‘Ich habe ein Buch’ (I have a book).
最重要的两个动词是“haben”(有)和“sein”(是)。现在时变位如上表所示。掌握这两个动词后,你就能表达自己的状态和拥有:“Ich bin müde”(我累了),“Ich habe ein Buch”(我有一本书)。把它们当作你德语工具箱的核心工具。
10. Asking Questions | 提问
Questions help you interact. Key question words: Wer? (Who?), Was? (What?), Wo? (Where?), Wann? (When?), Warum? (Why?), Wie? (How?). You can also turn a statement into a question by swapping the verb and subject: ‘Du hast ein Buch.’ → ‘Hast du ein Buch?’ (Do you have a book?). Practise both methods. For Year 7, ‘Was ist das?’ (What is that?) and ‘Wie heißt das?’ (What is that called?) are extremely useful.
11. Cultural Snapshot: Germany, Austria, Switzerland | 文化速览:德国、奥地利、瑞士
German is spoken in more than just Germany. It is the official language of Germany, Austria, and one of the official languages of Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Liechtenstein. Each country has its own traditions: Oktoberfest in Munich, the Alps in Austria, Swiss chocolate and watches. Learning German opens the door to understanding these cultures. Maybe you can try a German recipe or listen to a German pop song this summer.
德语不仅仅在德国使用。它是德国、奥地利的官方语言,也是瑞士、卢森堡和列支敦士登的官方语言之一。每个国家都有独特的传统:慕尼黑啤酒节、奥地利的阿尔卑斯山、瑞士巧克力与手表。学习德语为你开启了了解这些文化的大门。这个夏天,不妨尝试一份德国食谱或听一首德语流行歌曲。
12. Summer Practice Tips | 暑期练习建议
Consistency beats cramming. Spend 10–15 minutes a day reviewing flashcards, labelling objects around your house in German, or watching short German cartoons with subtitles. Use free apps to hear pronunciation and record yourself speaking. Keep a simple diary: ‘Heute ist Montag. Das Wetter ist gut.’ (Today is Monday. The weather is good.) By the time school starts, you will feel prepared and excited for your German lessons.
持之以恒胜过临时抱佛脚。每天花10–15分钟复习抽认卡,给家里的物品贴上德语标签,或者观看带字幕的德语动画短片。使用免费应用程序听发音并录下自己的声音。写简单的日记:“Heute ist Montag. Das Wetter ist gut.” 待到开学时,你会感到胸有成竹,并对德语课充满期待。
