1. Self-Introduction and Family | 自我介绍与家庭

When introducing yourself in French, begin with “Je m’appelle…” (My name is…) followed by your name. To say your age, use “J’ai … ans” — literally “I have … years”. Nationality can be expressed with “Je suis …” plus the correct adjective, e.g. “Je suis anglais(e)”.

用法语自我介绍时,先用 “Je m’appelle…”(我叫…)接名字。表达年龄用 “J’ai … ans”(我有…岁)。国籍可以用 “Je suis …” 加上合适的形容词,例如 “Je suis anglais(e)”(我是英国人)。

To talk about family members, you need vocabulary such as “mon père” (my father), “ma mère” (my mother), “mon frère” (my brother), “ma sœur” (my sister). Possessive adjectives must agree with the gender of the noun, not the owner: “mon” before masculine nouns, “ma” before feminine nouns, “mes” for plurals. For example: “Mon père est grand. Ma mère est gentille. Mes parents sont mariés.”

谈论家庭成员需要词汇,如 “mon père”(我的父亲)、”ma mère”(我的母亲)、”mon frère”(我的兄弟)、”ma sœur”(我的姐妹)。物主形容词要与名词的性、数配合,而非与所有者性别一致:阳性名词前用 “mon”,阴性名词前用 “ma”,复数用 “mes”。例如:”Mon père est grand. Ma mère est gentille. Mes parents sont mariés.”(我的父亲个子高。我的母亲很善良。我的父母结婚了。)

Describing personality and appearance uses adjectives such as “petit(e)” (small), “sportif/sportive” (sporty), “intelligent(e)” (intelligent). Remember that most adjectives come after the noun, and they add -e for feminine, -s for plural. A key phrase is “Je m’entends bien avec…” (I get on well with…).

描述性格和外貌可使用形容词如 “petit(e)”(小的)、”sportif/sportive”(爱运动的)、”intelligent(e)”(聪明的)。多数形容词放在名词之后,阴性加 -e,复数加 -s。一个关键句型是 “Je m’entends bien avec…”(我和…相处得好)。

2. School Life and Education | 学校生活与教育

School subjects in French are easy to learn: “les maths” (maths), “l’anglais” (English), “l’histoire-géo” (history-geography), “la physique-chimie” (physics-chemistry), “le dessin” (art). To express an opinion, use “J’aime …” (I like), “Je n’aime pas …” (I don’t like), “Je déteste …” (I hate). Add “parce que c’est …” (because it is) plus an adjective: “intéressant, facile, difficile, ennuyeux”.

Your school timetable uses “l’emploi du temps”. Days of the week: “lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche”. To say “on Monday” use “le lundi”. Time expressions include “à huit heures” (at eight o’clock), “le matin” (in the morning), “l’après-midi” (in the afternoon).

课程表用 “l’emploi du temps”。星期:lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche。表达”在星期一”用 “le lundi”。时间表达有 “à huit heures”(在八点)、”le matin”(上午)、”l’après-midi”(下午)。

Comparing school facilities: “plus grand que” (bigger than), “moins moderne que” (less modern than), “aussi bon que” (as good as). For example, “La bibliothèque est plus grande que la salle de classe.” (The library is bigger than the classroom.)

比较校园设施:”plus grand que”(比…大)、”moins moderne que”(不如…现代)、”aussi bon que”(和…一样好)。例如:”La bibliothèque est plus grande que la salle de classe.”(图书馆比教室大。)

3. Daily Routines and Time | 日常作息与时间

Reflexive verbs are essential for daily routines: “se réveiller” (to wake up), “se lever” (to get up), “se laver” (to wash), “s’habiller” (to get dressed), “se coucher” (to go to bed). They use a reflexive pronoun (me, te, se, nous, vous, se) before the verb. E.g. “Je me réveille à sept heures.” (I wake up at seven o’clock.)

反身动词是描述日常作息的必备:se réveiller (醒来), se lever (起床), se laver (洗漱), s’habiller (穿衣), se coucher (睡觉)。它们在动词前使用反身代词 me, te, se, nous, vous, se。例如:”Je me réveille à sept heures.”(我七点醒来。)

Telling the time: “Il est … heures” followed by minutes. “Il est sept heures et quart” (quarter past seven), “Il est sept heures et demie” (half past seven), “Il est huit heures moins le quart” (quarter to eight). Use “du matin” (in the morning), “de l’après-midi” (in the afternoon), “du soir” (in the evening).

报时:”Il est … heures” 后接分钟。”Il est sept heures et quart”(七点十五)、”Il est sept heures et demie”(七点半)、”Il est huit heures moins le quart”(八点差一刻)。用 “du matin”(早上)、”de l’après-midi”(下午)、”du soir”(晚上)。

To describe the order of actions, use sequencers like “d’abord” (first), “ensuite” (then), “puis” (then), “après” (after), “finalement” (finally). This is very useful for speaking and writing. E.g. “D’abord, je me lève, ensuite je prends le petit-déjeuner.”

描述动作顺序时,用顺序词如 “d’abord”(首先)、”ensuite”(接着)、”puis”(然后)、”après”(之后)、”finalement”(最后)。这对口语和写作很有用。例如:”D’abord, je me lève, ensuite je prends le petit-déjeuner.”(首先我起床,接着吃早餐。)

4. Hobbies, Leisure and Technology | 爱好、休闲与科技

To say you play a sport, use “jouer à” + sport: “Je joue au foot” (I play football). For musical instruments, use “jouer de”: “Je joue du piano” (I play piano). For other activities, use “faire de”: “Je fais de la natation” (I go swimming), “Je fais du vélo” (I go cycling).

表达参加体育运动用 “jouer à” + 运动:”Je joue au foot”(我踢足球)。演奏乐器用 “jouer de”:”Je joue du piano”(我弹钢琴)。其他活动用 “faire de”:”Je fais de la natation”(我游泳)、”Je fais du vélo”(我骑自行车)。

Frequency adverbs help you say how often: “toujours” (always), “souvent” (often), “quelquefois” (sometimes), “rarement” (rarely), “ne … jamais” (never). They usually go after the verb. Example: “Je vais souvent au cinéma.” (I often go to the cinema.)

频率副词帮助表达频率:”toujours”(总是)、”souvent”(经常)、”quelquefois”(有时)、”rarement”(很少)、”ne … jamais”(从不)。它们通常放在动词之后。例如:”Je vais souvent au cinéma.”(我经常去看电影。)

Technology and social media vocabulary: “le portable” (mobile phone), “les réseaux sociaux” (social media), “envoyer un message” (to send a message), “surfer sur Internet” (to surf the internet). You can talk about online habits with the same grammatical structures. E.g. “Je regarde des vidéos en ligne tous les soirs.” (I watch online videos every evening.)

科技与社交媒体词汇:”le portable”(手机)、”les réseaux sociaux”(社交媒体)、”envoyer un message”(发信息)、”surfer sur Internet”(上网)。可以用同样的语法结构谈论网络习惯。例如:”Je regarde des vidéos en ligne tous les soirs.”(我每晚看线上视频。)

5. Food, Health and Fitness | 饮食、健康与健身

Food vocabulary is often divided into categories: “les légumes” (vegetables), “les fruits” (fruits), “la viande” (meat), “le poisson” (fish), “les produits laitiers” (dairy products), “les boissons” (drinks). Mealtimes: “le petit-déjeuner” (breakfast), “le déjeuner” (lunch), “le dîner” (dinner), “le goûter” (afternoon snack).

食物词汇常分类为:”les légumes”(蔬菜)、”les fruits”(水果)、”la viande”(肉)、”le poisson”(鱼)、”les produits laitiers”(乳制品)、”les boissons”(饮料)。三餐:”le petit-déjeuner”(早餐)、”le déjeuner”(午餐)、”le dîner”(晚餐)、”le goûter”(下午点心)。

Partitive articles (du, de la, de l’, des) are used for an unknown quantity: “Je mange du pain” (I eat some bread), “Je bois de l’eau” (I drink some water). After a negative, they become “de” or “d’”: “Je ne mange pas de viande.” (I don’t eat meat.)

部分冠词 (du, de la, de l’, des) 用于表示未知量:”Je mange du pain”(我吃些面包)、”Je bois de l’eau”(我喝些水)。在否定式中,它们变为 “de” 或 “d’”:”Je ne mange pas de viande.”(我不吃肉。)

To give advice about a healthy lifestyle, use “il faut” + infinitive: “Il faut manger équilibré.” (You must eat balanced meals.) The imperative is also useful: “Mangez cinq fruits et légumes par jour !” (Eat five fruits and vegetables a day!) Vocabulary for fitness: “faire du sport” (to do sport), “rester en forme” (to keep fit), “éviter le stress” (to avoid stress).

给予健康生活建议,用 “il faut” + 不定式:”Il faut manger équilibré.”(应当均衡饮食。)也可以用命令式:”Mangez cinq fruits et légumes par jour !”(一天吃五份果蔬!)健身词汇:”faire du sport”(做运动)、”rester en forme”(保持健康)、”éviter le stress”(避免压力)。

6. Travel, Holidays and Transport | 旅行、假期与交通

Holiday activities are described in the past tense. The passé composé (perfect tense) is formed with avoir or être + past participle. Verbs that use être are often motion verbs: “aller” (to go), “venir” (to come), “arriver” (to arrive), “partir” (to leave). The past participle must agree with the subject: “Elle est allée en France.” (She went to France.)

假期活动用过去时描述。复合过去时由 avoir 或 être 加上过去分词构成。使用 être 的动词通常是运动动词:aller (去), venir (来), arriver (到达), partir (离开)。过去分词须与主语性数配合:”Elle est allée en France.”(她去了法国。)

Transport prepositions vary: “en voiture” (by car), “en avion” (by plane), “en bus” (by bus), but “à pied” (on foot), “à vélo” (by bike). When talking about countries, use “en” for feminine countries (en France), “au” for masculine (au Canada), “aux” for plural (aux États-Unis).

交通工具前置词有不同:”en voiture”(乘汽车)、”en avion”(乘飞机)、”en bus”(乘巴士),但 “à pied”(步行)、”à vélo”(骑自行车)。谈论国家时,阴性国家用 “en”(en France),阳性用 “au”(au Canada),复数用 “aux”(aux États-Unis)。

Weather expressions: “Il fait beau” (the weather is nice), “Il fait chaud” (it is hot), “Il pleut” (it rains), “Il neige” (it snows). In speaking, you can combine weather and holiday: “Quand il faisait beau, je nageais dans la mer.” (When the weather was nice, I used to swim in the sea.) This introduces the imperfect tense (imparfait) for descriptions and habits in the past.

天气表达:”Il fait beau”(天气好)、”Il fait chaud”(天热)、”Il pleut”(下雨)、”Il neige”(下雪)。口语中可将天气和假期结合:”Quand il faisait beau, je nageais dans la mer.”(天气好的时候,我常去海里游泳。)这就引出了用于过去描述和习惯的未完成过去时 (imparfait)。

7. Future Plans and Careers | 未来计划与职业

To talk about near future, use “aller” + infinitive: “Je vais étudier à l’université.” (I am going to study at university.) For simple future, add appropriate endings to the infinitive (-ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont). E.g. “Je voyagerai autour du monde.” (I will travel around the world.)

表达近将来,用 “aller” + 不定式:”Je vais étudier à l’université.”(我将要去上大学。)简单将来时则在不定式后加词尾 (-ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont)。例如:”Je voyagerai autour du monde.”(我将环游世界。)

Career vocabulary: “médecin” (doctor), “professeur” (teacher), “ingénieur” (engineer), “avocat(e)” (lawyer). To say what you want to become, use “Je voudrais devenir…” (I would like to become…). The conditional “voudrais” is polite and essential for expressing aspirations.

职业词汇:”médecin”(医生)、”professeur”(教师)、”ingénieur”(工程师)、”avocat(e)”(律师)。说想从事的职业,用 “Je voudrais devenir…”(我想成为…)。条件式 “voudrais” 语气礼貌,是表达志向的关键句型。

Discuss future studies: “le bac” (A-level equivalent), “une licence” (a degree), “une école de commerce” (business school). Use “après avoir + past participle” for “after doing something”: “Après avoir fini mes études, je travaillerai à l’étranger.” (After finishing my studies, I will work abroad.)

讨论未来学业:”le bac”(高中毕业会考)、”une licence”(学士学位)、”une école de commerce”(商学院)。用 “après avoir + 过去分词” 表达”做完…之后”:”Après avoir fini mes études, je travaillerai à l’étranger.”(完成学业后,我将在国外工作。)

8. Grammar Essentials: Present, Past and Future Tenses |

These must be memorised as they are everywhere.

重要不规则动词现在时变位:être, avoir, aller, faire 等,需牢记,因使用频率极高。

The passé composé is the main past tense for completed actions. Use “avoir” for most verbs: “J’ai mangé.” But 17 verbs use “être”, and past participles must agree. Mnemonic is DR MRS VANDERTRAMPP: e.g. “Je suis sorti(e).” The imparfait is used for ongoing descriptions: “Il pleuvait.” The stem comes from the nous form of the present minus -ons.

复合过去时是表示完成动作的主要过去时。大部分动词用 avoir 作助动词,但有17个动词用 être,过去分词需配合。记忆口诀 DR MRS VANDERTRAMPP 帮助记忆。未完成过去时用于持续描述或过去习惯,词干来自现在时 nous 形式去掉 -ons。

Future tenses: near future (aller + inf) for plans and intentions. Simple future for more formal or distant events. Common irregular future stems: être → ser-, avoir → aur-, aller → ir-, faire → fer-, pouvoir → pourr-.

将来时:近将来时用于计划和打算;简单将来时更正式或指较远的将来。常见不规则词干:être → ser-, avoir → aur-, aller → ir-, faire → fer-, pouvoir → pourr-。

9. Adjectives, Pronouns and Negation | 形容词、代词与否定

Most adjectives follow the noun: “une maison blanche” (a white house). Some precede: beauty, age, goodness, size (BAGS): “une belle fille” (a beautiful girl), “un vieux château” (an old castle). Adjectival agreement: add -e for feminine, -s for plural, -es for feminine plural. Irregular forms include “beau/bel/belle”, “nouveau/nouvel/nouvelle”.

多数形容词后置:”une maison blanche”。一部分前置(BAGS 规则):美、年、好、大:”une belle fille”, “un vieux château”。形容词配合:阴性加 -e,复数加 -s,阴性复数加 -es。不规则形式如 beau/bel/belle。

Direct object pronouns “le, la, l’, les” replace the noun: “Je le mange.” (I eat it.) Indirect object pronouns “lui, leur” replace à + person: “Je lui parle.” (I speak to him/her.) They are placed before the verb, or before the infinitive: “Je vais lui téléphoner.”

直接宾语代词 “le, la, l’, les” 代替名词:”Je le mange.”(我吃它。)间接宾语代词 “lui, leur” 代替 à + 人:”Je lui parle.”(我和他/她说话。)它们放在变位动词前,或放在不定式前:”Je vais lui téléphoner.”(我要给他打电话。)

Negation: “ne … pas” (not), “ne … jamais” (never), “ne … rien” (nothing), “ne … plus” (no longer), “ne … personne” (nobody). In spoken French, “ne” is often dropped. In compound tenses, the second part goes after the auxiliary: “Je n’ai pas mangé.” Reflexive verbs: “Je ne me lève pas.”

否定式:ne…pas, ne…jamais, ne…rien, ne…plus, ne…personne。口语中常省略 ne。复合时态中,第二成分放在助动词后:Je n’ai pas mangé。反身动词:Je ne me lève pas。

10. Key Vocabulary and Phrases for Speaking and Writing | 口语与写作必备词汇与短语

Connectives improve fluency: “et” (and), “mais” (but), “ou” (or), “donc” (so), “cependant” (however), “par contre” (on the other hand), “de plus” (moreover), “en fait” (in fact). Use them to link ideas: “J’aime le sport, mais je n’aime pas la compétition.”

连接词提升流利度:”et”(和)、”mais”(但是)、”ou”(或者)、”donc”(所以)、”cependant”(然而)、”par contre”(另一方面)、”de plus”(此外)、”en fait”(事实上)。用它们联系观点:”J’aime le sport, mais je n’aime pas la compétition.”

Opinion phrases: “à mon avis” (in my opinion), “je pense que” (I think that), “je crois que” (I believe that), “je trouve que” (I find that). Follow with indicative mood for positive statements, but subjunctive is not required at this stage. E.g. “Je pense que c’est important.” (I think it is important.)

表达看法的短语:”à mon avis”(依我看)、”je pense que”(我认为)、”je crois que”(我相信)、”je trouve que”(我觉得)。后接直陈式即可。例如:”Je pense que c’est important.”(我认为这很重要。)

For role plays and general conversation, memorise polite requests: “Je voudrais …” (I would like …), “Pouvez-vous m’aider ?” (Can you help me?), “Pourriez-vous répéter ?” (Could you repeat?), “Je suis désolé(e).” (I am sorry). These show good interaction and help you gain marks in the speaking exam.

在角色扮演和对话中,记住礼貌表达:”Je voudrais …”(我想要…)、”Pouvez-vous m’aider ?”(您能帮我吗?)、”Pourriez-vous répéter ?”(您能重复一遍吗?)、”Je suis désolé(e).”(对不起)。这些能展现良好的互动能力,帮助口语考试提分。

Writing tip: use time markers to structure your work: “aujourd’hui” (today), “hier” (yesterday), “demain” (tomorrow), “la semaine prochaine” (next week), “l’année dernière” (last year). Combine tenses to show range: “Hier, je suis allé au parc. Aujourd’hui, je reste à la maison. Demain, je rendrai visite à ma grand-mère.”

写作技巧:用时间标记组织文章:”aujourd’hui”, “hier”, “demain”, “la semaine prochaine”, “l’année dernière”。结合不同时态展示语言能力:”Hier, je suis allé au parc. Aujourd’hui, je reste à la maison. Demain, je rendrai visite à ma grand-mère.”(昨天我去了公园。今天我待在家。明天我去看望奶奶。)
