1. Number System Conversions | 数字系统转换

To convert a binary number to decimal, sum the products of each bit with 2 raised to the power of its place value (starting from 0 on the right).

将二进制数转换为十进制,需要对每一位乘以2的位置次幂(从右起0位置)然后求和。

Decimal = Σ (binary digit × 2position)

Decimal to binary conversion uses repeated division by 2, recording the remainders.
