Both papers are 1 hour 30 minutes long and worth 70 marks each.

Writing too much or too little could cost you marks. Match the length of your answer to the number of marks available.

Always include the units of the gradient and write uncertainties to one significant figure in a final answer.

Use the margin effectively, keep working in a clear vertical format, and cross out any working you do not want to be marked. If you find a part too hard, move on and come back later.

Focus your revision on topics that appear in both papers, such as waves and electricity. Use flashcards for definitions and equations, and always check unit prefixes when revising.
