Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) is the statutory safeguarding guidance that every school in England must have regard to. 1. What Part 4 Actually Covers | 第四部分到底涵盖什么
Part 4 of KCSIE is titled “Allegations made against/concerns raised in relation to teachers, including supply teachers, other staff, volunteers and contractors”. It covers two distinct tracks: allegations that meet the harm threshold, and concerns that do not meet it (usually called low-level concerns). The two tracks have different routes, different record-keeping rules and different decision makers.

Part 4 applies in all of the following situations, which is why it is broader than most staff assume:
