2. Using Measuring Tools | 使用测量工具

Accurate measurement is the foundation of all good engineering. You must be able to use a steel ruler to measure lengths in millimetres (mm) and centimetres (cm). Always check that the end of the ruler is aligned properly with the edge of your material, and read the scale at eye level to avoid errors.
