1. Welcome to Year 7 French | 欢迎来到七年级法语课堂
Year 7 marks the beginning of your formal French studies under the CCEA Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will learn to understand and use familiar everyday expressions, ask and answer simple questions, and interact in a basic way. French is spoken by over 300 million people worldwide, and the skills you build now will serve you for life.
七年级意味着你在 CCEA 关键阶段 3 课程中正式开始法语学习。你将学会理解并使用熟悉的日常表达,提出并回答简单问题,进行基础交流。全球有超过 3 亿人使用法语,你现在打下的技能将让你受益终生。
In the first few weeks, your teacher will focus on getting you comfortable with the sounds of French. You will practise listening to and repeating phrases, often through songs, games, and role-plays. The aim is to make language learning enjoyable and stress-free.
在头几周,老师会重点让你熟悉法语的发音。你将通过歌曲、游戏和角色扮演等方式练习听力和复述。这样做的目的是让语言学习变得轻松愉快。
By the end of Year 7, you will be able to introduce yourself, talk about your family and hobbies, describe your school, and order a snack in a café. These practical goals make your progress visible and motivating.
到七年级结束时,你将能够自我介绍、谈论家庭和爱好、描述学校场景,还能在咖啡馆点一份小食。这些实用目标让你的进步看得见,也激发学习动力。
2. What Is CCEA French? | 什么是 CCEA 法语?
CCEA (Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment) is the awarding body for most schools in Northern Ireland. Their Key Stage 3 French programme is built around thematic units that develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a balanced way. Topics are chosen to reflect your own experiences and to widen your cultural horizons.
CCEA(课程、考试与评估委员会)是北爱尔兰大多数学校的考评机构。他们的关键阶段 3 法语课程围绕主题单元设计,均衡发展听、说、读、写四项技能。所选主题既贴近你的生活经验,也拓宽你的文化视野。
The curriculum typically includes themes such as ‘Myself and My Family’, ‘School Life’, ‘Free Time and Hobbies’, ‘Food and Drink’, ‘My Local Area’ and ‘Holidays’. Grammar is introduced in context, so you learn how to form sentences naturally before analysing the rules.
课程通常涵盖“我和我的家庭”“学校生活”“课余爱好”“饮食”“我的社区”以及“假期”等主题。语法在语境中呈现,你会在具体表达中自然掌握句型,之后再分析规则。
Assessments at this stage are often informal and continuous, including vocabulary quizzes, short writing tasks, listening exercises, and speaking presentations. There are no high-stakes exams in Year 7, which gives you the freedom to experiment and make mistakes without fear.
这个阶段的评估通常是非正式且持续性的,包括词汇小测、简短写作、听力练习和口语展示。七年级没有高压考试,这让你可以自由尝试,不必害怕犯错。
3. Key Vocabulary: Greetings and Introductions | 核心词汇:问候与介绍
Greetings are the very first building blocks. They help you connect with people and show respect. Below is a table of essential phrases you will use every French lesson. Practise saying them aloud until they feel natural.
问候语是最基本的沟通砖石。它们帮你与人建立联系,表达尊重。下表是每节法语课都会用到的基本用语。大声练习直到脱口而出。
| Français | English | 中文 |
|---|---|---|
| Bonjour | Hello / Good day | 你好 |
| Salut | Hi (informal) | 嗨 |
| Au revoir | Goodbye | 再见 |
| Bonsoir | Good evening | 晚上好 |
| Comment ça va? | How are you? | 你好吗? |
| Ça va bien, merci. | I’m fine, thank you. | 我很好,谢谢。 |
| Et toi? / Et vous? | And you? (informal/formal) | 你呢?/ 您呢? |
| Je m’appelle… | My name is… | 我叫… |
| Enchanté(e) | Pleased to meet you | 很高兴认识你 |
Can you complete this mini-conversation? – Bonjour! Comment t’appelles-tu? – Je m’appelle Marie. Et toi? – Je m’appelle Lucas. Enchanté, Marie. – Enchantée, Lucas.
你能完成这段小对话吗?– 你好!你叫什么名字?– 我叫玛丽。你呢?– 我叫卢卡斯。很高兴认识你,玛丽。– 很高兴认识你,卢卡斯。
Notice the extra ‘e’ in Enchantée when a girl is speaking. This is your first glimpse into adjective agreement, a key feature of French grammar that we will explore later.
注意到女孩说话时 Enchantée 多了一个字母 e 了吗?这是你对形容词性数配合的初体验,也是法语语法的一大特色,我们稍后会深入学习。
4. Numbers and Counting | 数字与数数
Numbers are everywhere – when telling your age, giving your phone number, or talking about dates. In Year 7, you will focus on 0-31 so you can say any date of the month. Make sure you learn them as a sequence and randomly, as quick recall is essential.
数字无处不在——说年龄、报电话号码、谈论日期时都要用。七年级你需要掌握 0-31,这样就能表达一个月里的任何日期。既要按顺序背诵,也要打乱顺序快速反应。
| Number | French | 中文 |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | zéro | 零 |
| 1 | un | 一 |
| 2 | deux | 二 |
| 3 | trois | 三 |
| 4 | quatre | 四 |
| 5 | cinq | 五 |
| 6 | six | 六 |
| 7 | sept | 七 |
| 8 | huit | 八 |
| 9 | neuf | 九 |
| 10 | dix | 十 |
| 11 | onze | 十一 |
| 12 | douze | 十二 |
| 13 | treize | 十三 |
| 14 | quatorze | 十四 |
| 15 | quinze | 十五 |
| 16 | seize | 十六 |
| 20 | vingt | 二十 |
| 21 | vingt et un | 二十一 |
| 30 | trente | 三十 |
| 31 | trente et un | 三十一 |
To say your age, use ‘J’ai … ans’, which literally means ‘I have … years’. For example, ‘J’ai onze ans’ (I am 11 years old). Notice the verb avoir (to have) is used for age, not être.
说年龄时用“J’ai … ans”,字面意思为“我有…岁”。比如“J’ai onze ans”(我11岁了)。注意年龄用动词 avoir(有),而不是 être。
Challenge yourself: Can you spell your phone number in French? Group the digits into pairs to make it easier, e.g., 07 45 22 10 becomes ‘zéro sept, quarante-cinq, vingt-deux, dix’.
挑战一下:你能用法语报出自己的电话号码吗?把数字两两分组会更容易,比如 07 45 22 10 可以读成 ‘zéro sept, quarante-cinq, vingt-deux, dix’。
5. Colours and Simple Descriptions | 颜色与简单描述
Colours make your sentences vivid. In French, most colour adjectives come after the noun they describe, which is different from English. The table below shows the basic colours and their forms.
颜色让你的句子更加生动。法语中大多数颜色形容词放在名词之后,这与英语不同。下表展示了基本颜色及其形式。
| English | Masculine | Feminine | 中文 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Red | rouge | rouge | 红色 |
| Blue | bleu | bleue | 蓝色 |
| Green | vert | verte | 绿色 |
| Yellow | jaune | jaune | 黄色 |
| Black | noir | noire | 黑色 |
| White | blanc | blanche | 白色 |
| Purple | violet | violette | 紫色 |
| Orange | orange | orange | 橙色 |
To describe a school item, you simply combine a noun with a colour. For instance, ‘un stylo bleu’ (a blue pen), ‘une règle verte’ (a green ruler). The ‘un’ or ‘une’ tells you the gender of the noun. Most words ending in -e are feminine, but there are exceptions.
要描述一件学习用品,只需把名词和颜色组合起来。比如 ‘un stylo bleu’(一支蓝色钢笔),’une règle verte’(一把绿色尺子)。’un’ 或 ‘une’ 指明了名词的阴阳性。大多数以 -e 结尾的词是阴性,但也有例外。
Adjectives like ‘rouge’ and ‘jaune’ do not change with gender, but many others add a silent -e for feminines. These patterns will become second nature with practice, so colour-code your vocabulary notes in your planner.
像 ‘rouge’ 和 ‘jaune’ 这样的形容词不随性别变化,但很多其他形容词在阴性时加上不发音的 -e。多练习之后这些模式会变成第二天性。你可以用不同颜色在计划本里标记词汇笔记。
6. Classroom Language and Instructions | 课堂用语与指令
Your French teacher will often use target language in the classroom. Understanding common instructions will help you feel more in control and reduce anxiety. The table below lists phrases you will hear repeatedly.
你的法语老师会经常在课堂上使用目标语言。听懂常见指令能让你更有掌控感,减少焦虑。下表列出了你会反复听到的短语。

| Regardez | Look | 看 |
| Levez la main | Raise your hand | 举手 |
| Asseyez-vous | Sit down | 坐下 |
| Ouvrez le livre | Open the book | 打开书 |
| Fermez le
