Year 9 CIE German: Core Knowledge Review | 九年级 CIE 德语:核心知识点梳理

📚 Year 9 CIE German: Core Knowledge Review | 九年级 CIE 德语:核心知识点梳理

Year 9 is a pivotal stage for CIE German learners, where the foundations of grammar, vocabulary and communication are solidified before advancing to IGCSE level. This guide summarises the essential topics you need to master, from noun genders and cases to key vocabulary themes, helping you build confidence in reading, writing, listening and speaking.

九年级是 CIE 德语学习的关键阶段,在进入 IGCSE 之前,语法、词汇和交际基础必须牢牢打稳。本文总结了你需要掌握的核心知识点,从名词的性、格到重点词汇主题,帮助你在听、说、读、写中建立信心。

1. Noun Genders and Definite Articles | 名词的性与定冠词

Every German noun has a grammatical gender: masculine, feminine or neuter. The definite article ‘der’ (masculine), ‘die’ (feminine) and ‘das’ (neuter) must be learned together with the noun. For example: der Tisch (table), die Lampe (lamp), das Buch (book).

每个德语名词都有语法性别:阳性、阴性和中性。定冠词 ‘der’(阳性)、’die’(阴性)和 ‘das’(中性)必须与名词一起记忆。例如:der Tisch(桌子),die Lampe(灯),das Buch(书)。

Plural nouns all take the definite article ‘die’ in the nominative case, regardless of gender: die Tische, die Lampen, die Bücher. Memorising the plural form alongside the singular is equally important.

复数名词在主语格(第一格)一律用定冠词 ‘die’,不论原本的性别:die Tische, die Lampen, die Bücher。同时记住单复数形式至关重要。

2. Indefinite Articles and Negation | 不定冠词与否定形式

The indefinite article ‘ein’ (a/an) follows the gender pattern: ein (masculine/neuter) and eine (feminine). In the nominative case: ein Mann, eine Frau, ein Kind. The negative ‘kein’ declines in the same way: kein Mann, keine Frau, kein Kind.

不定冠词 ‘ein’ 根据性别变化:ein(阳性/中性)和 eine(阴性)。在主语格中:ein Mann(一个男人),eine Frau(一个女人),ein Kind(一个孩子)。否定形式 ‘kein’ 遵循相同变化:kein Mann, keine Frau, kein Kind。

When you want to say ‘not a’ or ‘no’, use kein/keine. For example: Ich habe kein Geld. (I have no money.) This is a high-frequency structure in Year 9 texts.

当你想表达“没有一个”或“没有”时,使用 kein/keine。例如:Ich habe kein Geld.(我没有钱。)这是九年级文本中的高频结构。

3. The Four Cases: Nominative, Accusative, Dative | 四个格:主语格、宾格、与格

German uses four cases to show the function of a noun. Year 9 focuses primarily on nominative, accusative and dative. The nominative is for the subject; accusative for the direct object; dative for the indirect object or after certain prepositions.

德语用四个格来表示名词的功能。九年级主要学习主语格、宾格和与格。主语格用于主语;宾格用于直接宾语;与格用于间接宾语或某些介词之后。

Gender Nominative Accusative Dative
Masculine der/ein den/einen dem/einem
Feminine die/eine die/eine der/einer
Neuter das/ein das/ein dem/einem

After accusative prepositions such as ‘für’ (for) and ‘ohne’ (without), always use the accusative form. After dative prepositions like ‘mit’ (with) and ‘von’ (from), use the dative. This case awareness is vital for sentence building.

在宾格介词如 ‘für’(为了)和 ‘ohne’(没有)之后,永远使用宾格形式。在与格介词如 ‘mit’(和……一起)和 ‘von’(从)之后,使用与格。这种格意识对造句至关重要。

4. Personal Pronouns in All Cases | 人称代词的各格变化

Personal pronouns change form depending on the case. The nominative pronouns are ich, du, er/sie/es, wir, ihr, sie/Sie. In the accusative: mich, dich, ihn/sie/es, uns, euch, sie/Sie. In the dative: mir, dir, ihm/ihr/ihm, uns, euch, ihnen/Ihnen.

人称代词根据格的不同而变化。主语格代词是 ich, du, er/sie/es, wir, ihr, sie/Sie。宾格:mich, dich, ihn/sie/es, uns, euch, sie/Sie。与格:mir, dir, ihm/ihr/ihm, uns, euch, ihnen/Ihnen。

Mastering these forms is essential for sentences like ‘Ich sehe dich’ (I see you) and ‘Er gibt mir das Buch’ (He gives me the book). Regular practice with pronoun substitution will improve fluency.

掌握这些形式对于像 ‘Ich sehe dich’(我看见你)和 ‘Er gibt mir das Buch’(他给我那本书)这样的句子至关重要。经常进行代词替换练习会提高流利度。

5. Regular Verbs in the Present Tense | 规则动词现在时变位

Most German verbs follow a predictable pattern. Take the stem (infinitive minus -en) and add the endings: -e, -st, -t, -en, -t, -en. For example, spielen (to play): ich spiele, du spielst, er/sie/es spielt, wir spielen, ihr spielt, sie/Sie spielen.

大多数德语动词遵循可预测的规律。取词干(不定式去掉 -en),然后加上词尾:-e, -st, -t, -en, -t, -en。例如 spielen(玩):ich spiele, du spielst, er/sie/es spielt, wir spielen, ihr spielt, sie/Sie spielen。

Watch out for verbs where the stem ends in -d or -t, such as arbeiten (to work). They require an extra -e- in the du, er and ihr forms: du arbeitest, er arbeitet, ihr arbeitet.

注意词干以 -d 或 -t 结尾的动词,如 arbeiten(工作)。它们在 du, er 和 ihr 形式中需要额外的 -e-:du arbeitest, er arbeitet, ihr arbeitet。

6. Irregular Verbs: haben and sein | 不规则动词:haben 和 sein

The two most important irregular verbs are haben (to have) and sein (to be). Their present tense conjugations must be memorised: ich habe, du hast, er/sie/es hat, wir haben, ihr habt, sie/Sie haben; and ich bin, du bist, er/sie/es ist, wir sind, ihr seid, sie/Sie sind.

最重要的两个不规则动词是 haben(有)和 sein(是)。它们的现在时变位必须牢记:ich habe, du hast, er/sie/es hat, wir haben, ihr habt, sie/Sie haben;以及 ich bin, du bist, er/sie/es ist, wir sind, ihr seid, sie/Sie sind。

These verbs are not only used as main verbs but also as auxiliary verbs in forming the perfect tense, which Year 9 students begin to explore. For example: Ich habe gegessen (I have eaten) and Ich bin gegangen (I went/have gone).

这两个动词不仅用作实义动词,也用作构成现在完成时的助动词,九年级学生开始接触。例如:Ich habe gegessen(我吃过了)和 Ich bin gegangen(我走了/已经走了)。

7. Separable and Inseparable Verbs | 可分动词与不可分动词

Many German verbs have prefixes that alter meaning. Separable prefixes (e.g., an-, auf-, mit-, zu-) detach and move to the end of the clause in the present tense: ‘Ich stehe um 7 Uhr auf’ (I get up at 7 o’clock). The infinitive is aufstehen.

许多德语动词带有改变意义的前缀。可分前缀(如 an-, auf-, mit-, zu-)在现在时中分离并移到从句末尾:’Ich stehe um 7 Uhr auf’(我7点起床)。不定式是 aufstehen。

Inseparable prefixes (be-, emp-, ent-, er-, ge-, ver-, zer-) never detach: ‘Ich besuche meine Oma’ (I visit my grandma). Recognising these patterns helps with reading comprehension.

不可分前缀(be-, emp-, ent-, er-, ge-, ver-, zer-)从不分离:’Ich besuche meine Oma’(我拜访我的奶奶)。识别这些规律有助于阅读理解。

8. Modal Verbs | 情态动词

The six modal verbs in German are dürfen, können, mögen, müssen, sollen, wollen. They express ability, permission, obligation and desire. Their present tense conjugations are irregular, especially the ich and er/sie/es forms, which drop the ending: ich kann, er kann.

德语有六个情态动词:dürfen, können, mögen, müssen, sollen, wollen。它们表达能力、许可、义务和愿望。它们现在时的变位不规则,尤其是 ich 和 er/sie/es 形式,会失去词尾:ich kann, er kann。

When using a modal verb, the second verb appears as an infinitive at the end of the clause: ‘Ich will schwimmen lernen’ (I want to learn to swim). This word order is a key skill at this level.

使用情态动词时,第二个动词以不定式形式出现在从句末尾:’Ich will schwimmen lernen’(我想学游泳)。这种语序是这个阶段的重点技能。

9. Word Order in Main and Subordinate Clauses | 主句与从句的语序

In a main clause, the finite verb is always the second element: ‘Heute gehe ich ins Kino’ (Today I am going to the cinema). If the subject is not first, it appears right after the verb. The word ‘heute’ occupies position 1, the verb position 2.

在主句中,变位动词永远是第二个成分:’Heute gehe ich ins Kino’(今天我去电影院)。如果主语不在第一位,它会紧跟在动词之后。’heute’ 占据位置1,动词位置2。

In subordinate clauses introduced by words like ‘weil’ (because), ‘dass’ (that) or ‘obwohl’ (although), the verb moves to the end: ‘Ich bleibe zu Hause, weil ich krank bin.’ Practicing this shift is crucial for writing longer sentences.

在由 ‘weil’(因为)、’dass’(that)或 ‘obwohl’(虽然)引导的从句中,动词移到从句末尾:’Ich bleibe zu Hause, weil ich krank bin.’(我待在家里,因为我生病了。)练习这种变化对写长句至关重要。

10. Key Question Words and Forming Questions | 疑问词与提问方式

Building questions comfortably is a major Year 9 goal. The main question words are: wer (who), was (what), wann (when), wo (where), warum (why), wie (how), woher (from where) and wohin (to where).

流利地提问是九年级的重要目标。主要疑问词有:wer(谁),was(什么),wann(什么时候),wo(哪里),warum(为什么),wie(怎么样),woher(从哪里来),wohin(去哪里)。

Yes/no questions are formed by placing the verb first: ‘Kommst du mit?’ (Are you coming along?). Information questions use the question word followed by the verb and then the subject: ‘Wann beginnt der Film?’ (When does the film start?).

一般疑问句通过把动词放在第一位构成:’Kommst du mit?’(你一起来吗?)。特殊疑问句使用疑问词,后跟动词,然后是主语:’Wann beginnt der Film?’(电影什么时候开始?)。

11. Numbers, Time and Dates | 数字、时间与日期

You should be confident with numbers 1–1000, ordinal numbers (erste, zweite…) and telling time in both official and colloquial styles. Official time: ‘Es ist siebzehn Uhr dreißig’ (17:30). Colloquial: ‘Es ist halb sechs’ (it is half past five).

你应该熟练掌握数字 1–1000、序数词(第一,第二……)以及用正式和口语两种方式报时。正式:’Es ist siebzehn Uhr dreißig’(17:30)。口语:’Es ist halb sechs’(五点半)。

Dates use ordinal numbers: ‘Heute ist der dritte Mai’ (Today is the third of May). The structure ‘am + ordinal + Monat’ is used to say ‘on the … of …’: ‘am ersten April’. Months and days of the week must be known by heart.

日期使用序数词:’Heute ist der dritte Mai’(今天是五月三日)。结构 ‘am + 序数词 + 月份’ 用来表达“在……月……日”:’am ersten April’。月份和星期几必须熟记。

12. Vocabulary Themes: Family, School and Hobbies | 词汇主题:家庭、学校与爱好

Three core vocabulary fields dominate Year 9 topics. Family: die Mutter, der Vater, die Geschwister, die Großeltern. Adjectives like nett, streng, lustig are used to describe people. School: das Fach, die Stunde, der Lehrer, die Note, die Pause. Hobbies: Sport treiben, Musik hören, ins Kino gehen, Freunde treffen.

三大核心词汇领域主导九年级话题。家庭:妈妈,爸爸,兄弟姐妹,祖父母。像 nett(友好的),streng(严格的),lustig(有趣的)等形容词用来描述人物。学校:科目,课时,老师,分数,休息。爱好:做运动,听音乐,去看电影,见朋友。

Be able to talk about daily routine using reflexive verbs: sich waschen, sich anziehen, sich beeilen. And describe food and drink: das Brot, die Butter, das Wasser, der Apfel, schmecken. These are tested in both oral and written tasks.

能够用反身动词谈论日常生活:洗漱,穿衣,赶紧。并能描述食物和饮料:面包,黄油,水,苹果,尝起来。这些在口语和写作任务中都会考查。
