📚 High-Frequency Exam Topics and Common Mistakes in GCSE Edexcel French | GCSE Edexcel 法语高频考点与易错题分析

Preparing for the GCSE Edexcel French exam can feel like trying to catch a train that has already left the station – there is so much grammar, vocabulary and skill practice that knowing where to put your energy makes all the difference. This article breaks down the most frequently tested themes, pinpoints the pitfalls that trip up students year after year, and offers clear strategies to secure top marks across listening, speaking, reading and writing.

备考 GCSE Edexcel 法语考试有时就像追赶一列已经出发的火车——语法、词汇和技能训练多如牛毛,知道把精力放在哪里至关重要。本文拆解最高频的考点,分析每年都让学生栽跟头的易错点,并提供清晰的策略,帮助你在听力、口语、阅读和写作四个板块稳稳拿下高分。

1. The Tenses That Dominate the Mark Scheme | 占据评分标准核心的时态

Edexcel examiners expect you not only to recognise but to produce a range of tenses accurately. The present tense is the backbone of all communication, but to access the higher grade bands you must control the perfect tense (passé composé), the imperfect tense (imparfait), the near future (futur proche) and the simple future. In reading and listening, you will also encounter the conditional and occasionally the subjunctive, but these are rarely required in your own writing or speaking unless you are aiming for grade 9.

Edexcel 考官不仅希望你识别时态,还要求能准确地运用多种时态。现在时是所有交流的根基,但要进入高分档,你必须掌握复合过去时、未完成过去时、最近将来时和简单将来时。在阅读和听力中,你还会遇到条件式和偶尔出现的虚拟式,但除非你志在 9 分,否则写作和口语中很少强制要求使用它们。

A classic mistake is applying the English pattern of ‘I have done’ to every past event and ignoring the imperfect. Use the imperfect for descriptions, repeated actions and background context – ‘quand j’étais petit, je jouais souvent au foot’. Another typical error is forgetting to make the past participle agree with the direct object when the auxiliary is ‘avoir’ and the direct object comes before the verb: ‘les pommes que j’ai mangées’.

一个经典错误是把英语中 ‘I have done’ 的模式用于所有过去事件而忽略未完成过去时。未完成过去时应该用于描写、重复性动作和背景交代——例如 ‘quand j’étais petit, je jouais souvent au foot’。另一个典型错误是当助动词为 avoir 且直接宾语前置时,忘记让过去分词与直接宾语配合:’les pommes que j’ai mangées’。

Also, avoid overusing the near future ‘je vais + infinitive’ in writing tasks where you could easily score higher by switching to the simple future: ‘je voyagerai’ instead of ‘je vais voyager’. Edexcel mark schemes specifically reward range, so a well-placed ‘je voudrais’ or ‘ce serait’ instantly signals ambition.

此外,在写作中要避免过度使用最近将来时 ‘je vais + 不定式’,而换成简单将来时就能轻松拿到更高分数:比如 ‘je voyagerai’ 而不是 ‘je vais voyager’。Edexcel 评分标准明确奖励时态多样性,因此恰当地插入一句 ‘je voudrais’ 或 ‘ce serait’ 会立刻展现你的语言野心。

2. Pronouns – The Hidden Trap in Every Skill | 代词——每项技能中的隐形陷阱

Direct object pronouns (le, la, les), indirect object pronouns (lui, leur) and the adverbial pronouns ‘y’ and ‘en’ are heavily tested, especially in gap-fill and sentence transformation exercises. Students often confuse the gender of the direct object pronoun with the subject: ‘je l’aime’ means ‘I love him/her’, not ‘I like it’. The pronoun ‘en’ replaces ‘de + noun’ and often trips up learners who produce ‘j’en ai deux’ but later write ‘j’ai deux de sœurs’ instead of ‘j’ai deux sœurs’.

The position of pronouns with imperatives remains a high-stakes area. Affirmative commands attach pronouns with hyphens: ‘donne-le-moi’, but negative commands put them back in front: ‘ne me le donne pas’. In speaking exams, candidates lose fluency marks when they pause to figure out pronoun order, so drilling sequences like ‘me/te/se/nous/vous – le/la/les – lui/leur – y – en’ in front of the verb is essential.

祈使句中的代词位置仍然是一个高风险领域。肯定命令句用连字符把代词后置:’donne-le-moi’,但否定命令句则必须把代词放回动词前面:’ne me le donne pas’。在口语考试中,考生如果在排列代词时停顿,就会丢掉流利度分数,因此反复操练动词前 ‘me/te/se/nous/vous – le/la/les – lui/leur – y – en’ 的顺序至关重要。

Relative pronouns ‘qui’, ‘que’ and ‘dont’ appear regularly in reading and writing. Many students use ‘que’ everywhere because they are unsure of the difference. Remember: ‘qui’ is followed by a verb, ‘que’ by a subject. A sentence like ‘le livre que j’ai lu’ is correct, but ‘le livre qui j’ai lu’ is not. ‘Dont’ replaces ‘de + noun’ and often introduces phrases like ‘la chose dont j’ai besoin’.

关系代词 ‘qui’、’que’ 和 ‘dont’ 经常出现在阅读和写作中。很多学生因为分不清区别而到处用 ‘que’。请记住:’qui’ 后面跟动词,’que’ 后面跟主语。’le livre que j’ai lu’ 是正确的,而 ‘le livre qui j’ai lu’ 则是错的。’dont’ 代替 ‘de + 名词’,常常引出类似 ‘la chose dont j’ai besoin’ 这样的短语。

3. Gender and Number Agreements – Precision Matters | 性数配合——精准就是分数

Adjective agreement is one of the most straightforward marks on the paper, yet it is regularly lost. Regular feminine forms add ‘-e’, plurals add ‘-s’, but irregular adjectives like ‘beau/bel/belle’, ‘vieux/vieil/vieille’ and ‘blanc/blanche’ often cause slip-ups. Be particularly careful with adjectives that already end in ‘-e’ (like ‘jeune’, ‘mince’) because they do not change in the feminine singular. In listening, these distinctions can be subtle but crucial for distinguishing ‘il est inquiet’ from ‘elle est inquiète’.

形容词配合是试卷上最容易拿的分数之一,却经常白白丢掉。规则阴性形式加 ‘-e’,复数加 ‘-s’,但像 ‘beau/bel/belle’、’vieux/vieil/vieille’ 和 ‘blanc/blanche’ 这样的不规则形容词经常引发错误。尤其要小心本身就以 ‘-e’ 结尾的形容词(如 ‘jeune’、’mince’),因为它们在阴性单数中不变化。在听力中,这些区别虽然细微,但对于区分 ‘il est inquiet’ 和 ‘elle est inquiète’ 至关重要。

Past participle agreement in compound tenses is a notorious pitfall. With ‘être’, the participle agrees with the subject: ‘elle est allée’, ‘nous sommes partis’. With ‘avoir’, agreement is normally not required unless the direct object comes before the verb: ‘la voiture que j’ai achetée’. In Edexcel structured writing tasks, missing this agreement often costs a quality-of-language mark.

复合时态中过去分词的配合是一个声名狼藉的陷阱。使用 ‘être’ 时,过去分词与主语配合:’elle est allée’,’nous sommes partis’。使用 ‘avoir’ 时,除非直接宾语提前,否则通常不配合:’la voiture que j’ai achetée’。在 Edexcel 的结构化写作任务中,漏掉这个配合经常要丢掉一个语言质量分。

Possessive adjectives (‘mon/ma/mes’ etc.) must agree with the possessed noun, not the possessor, which confuses English speakers. ‘Sa mère’ can mean ‘his mother’ or ‘her mother’, depending on context. A frequent error is saying ‘ma frère’ instead of ‘mon frère’ because ‘frère’ is masculine even though the speaker is female. Pay extra attention to nouns beginning with a vowel: ‘mon amie’ is correct, not ‘ma amie’.

主有形容词 (‘mon/ma/mes’ 等) 必须与被拥有名词作配合,而不是与拥有者配合,这一点经常让英语母语者困惑。’Sa mère’ 根据上下文可以是“他的母亲”或“她的母亲”。一个常见错误是说 ‘ma frère’ 而不是 ‘mon frère’,因为 ‘frère’ 是阳性名词,即使说话者是女性。对以元音开头的名词要格外小心:’mon amie’ 是正确的,而不是 ‘ma amie’。

4. Prepositions – Small Words, Big Consequences | 介词——小词大祸

Prepositions with verbs are a goldmine for examiners testing precise knowledge. The difference between ‘penser à’ (to think about) and ‘penser de’ (to have an opinion about) is frequently examined via multiple choice and gap-fill. ‘Jouer à’ is for sports and games, ‘jouer de’ for musical instruments: ‘je joue au football’ but ‘je joue du piano’. Mixing them up is one of the quickest ways to lose a mark in the writing paper.

动词搭配的介词是考官测试精确知识的金矿。’penser à’(想念/考虑)和 ‘penser de’(对……的看法)之间的区别经常以选择题和完形填空形式考查。’Jouer à’ 用于体育运动和游戏,’jouer de’ 用于乐器:’je joue au football’ 但 ‘je joue du piano’。混淆它们是写作卷上丢分最快的方式之一。

Geographical prepositions follow a strict rule: ‘à’ for cities, ‘en’ for feminine countries, ‘au’ for masculine countries, ‘aux’ for plural countries. So ‘je vais à Paris, en France, au Canada, aux États-Unis’. The direction ‘to’ versus location ‘in’ can be tested in listening – ‘je suis au Japon’ (I am in Japan) versus ‘je vais au Japon’ (I am going to Japan). A misplaced preposition can completely change meaning in spoken tasks.

地理介词遵循严格规则:城市用 ‘à’,阴性国名用 ‘en’,阳性国名用 ‘au’,复数国名用 ‘aux’。因此 ‘je vais à Paris, en France, au Canada, aux États-Unis’。方向 ‘to’ 与地点 ‘in’ 的区别会在听力中考查——’je suis au Japon’(我在日本)对比 ‘je vais au Japon’(我去日本)。在口语任务中,介词错位可能彻底改变意思。

After certain verbs and expressions, the choice between ‘à’ and ‘de’ drastically affects meaning: ‘commencer à faire’ (to start doing) but ‘décider de faire’ (to decide to do). ‘S’intéresser à’, ‘être bon en’, ‘être fort en’ for school subjects. Creating a personal reference chart for these fixed combinations and practising them aloud can dramatically reduce slip-ups in the role-play and photo card sections.

Many candidates only produce ‘ne…pas’ in their writing and speaking, which caps their language mark. In listening and reading, you must recognise that ‘ne…que’ means ‘only’, and that ‘ne…plus’ looks like ‘more’ but means ‘no longer’. A question that asks ‘il ne mange que des légumes’ expects you to understand it as a restrictive statement, not a negative one.

Word order for ‘ne…personne’ often trips learners: ‘je ne vois personne’ (I see nobody) but in compound tenses the second part goes after the past participle: ‘je n’ai vu personne’. The pronoun ‘rien’ works similarly: ‘je n’ai rien compris’. A common error is splitting the negative structure or misplacing it, leading to sentences like ‘je n’ai personne vu’ which lose communication marks immediately.

‘ne…personne’ 的词序经常绊倒学习者:’je ne vois personne’(我没看到任何人),但在复合时态中第二部分要放在过去分词之后:’je n’ai vu personne’。代词 ‘rien’ 同理:’je n’ai rien compris’。一个常见错误是拆错否定结构或放错位置,导致写出 ‘je n’ai personne vu’ 这样的句子,立刻丢掉交流分数。

In spoken French, the ‘ne’ is often dropped in informal contexts, but in the GCSE exam you are expected to produce the full form in the writing paper and the speaking exam unless you are simulating a very casual conversation. The reading and listening materials, however, might feature the informal omission, so you must be prepared for sentences like ‘je sais pas’ meaning ‘je ne sais pas’.

口语中,’ne’ 在非正式语境下经常被省略,但在 GCSE 考试中,除非你正在模拟非常随意的对话,否则在写作卷和口语考试中都应该产出完整形式。然而,阅读和听力材料中可能会出现非正式的省略,因此你必须准备好应对 ‘je sais pas’ 这种实际意思是 ‘je ne sais pas’ 的句子。

6. Question Words and Forming Questions | 疑问词和疑问句的构造

The four question formats – intonation, ‘est-ce que’, inversion, and informal questions with ‘quoi’ – all appear in Edexcel exams. In the speaking role-play, you must be able to ask a question using a given prompt. Inversion is the most formal and often the trickiest: ‘où habitez-vous?’ must be changed to ‘où habitez-vous?’ while paying attention to the hyphen and the inserted ‘-t-‘ in ‘a-t-il’. Many students fail to invert correctly, producing ‘où vous habitez?’ which is understandable but fails to demonstrate the required grammatical range.

四种疑问形式——语调、’est-ce que’、倒装,以及带 ‘quoi’ 的非正式问句——在 Edexcel 考试中都会出现。在口语角色扮演中,你必须能够根据提示提问。倒装是最正式也往往最棘手的形式:’où habitez-vous?’ 必须使用倒装,并注意连字符和 ‘a-t-il’ 中插入的 ‘-t-‘。很多学生不能正确倒装,产出 ‘où vous habitez?’,虽然可以理解但没能展现所需的语法广度。

Question words ‘qui’, ‘que’, ‘quoi’, ‘quand’, ‘comment’, ‘pourquoi’, ‘où’ must be accurately used. In reading comprehension, a question starting with ‘pourquoi’ requires a response beginning with ‘parce que’ or ‘car’, not a simple ‘oui/non’ or description. In the translation into French, English questions must be converted into correct French question structures. A sentence like ‘What did you do last weekend?’ should become ‘Qu’est-ce que tu as fait le week-end dernier?’ or ‘Qu’as-tu fait…’

疑问词 ‘qui’、’que’、’quoi’、’quand’、’comment’、’pourquoi’、’où’ 必须准确使用。在阅读理解中,以 ‘pourquoi’ 开头的问题要求用 ‘parce que’ 或 ‘car’ 开头作答,而不是简单的 ‘oui/non’ 或描述。在法译英任务中,英语问句必须转换成正确的法语疑问结构。像 ‘What did you do last weekend?’ 这样的句子应该变成 ‘Qu’est-ce que tu as fait le week-end dernier?’ 或 ‘Qu’as-tu fait…’。

The informal question marker ‘quoi’ at the end of a sentence (‘tu fais quoi?’) is accepted in purely informal spoken contexts but is not recommended in the writing paper. Knowing when to use ‘quel’ (which/what) and its agreements ‘quelle/quels/quelles’ is key for gap-fill: ‘Quel âge as-tu?’ not ‘Quelle âge as-tu?’.

句末的非正式疑问标记 ‘quoi’(如 ‘tu fais quoi?’)在纯粹非正式口语中可以被接受,但不建议在写作卷中使用。知道何时使用 ‘quel’(哪个/什么)及其配合形式 ‘quelle/quels/quelles’ 对完形填空至关重要:’Quel âge as-tu?’ 而不是 ‘Quelle âge as-tu?’。

7. Common Misleading Words and False Friends | 常见误导性词汇和假朋友

Edexcel reading and listening papers are salted with false cognates that can derail an otherwise strong student. ‘Actuellement’ means ‘currently’, not ‘actually’. ‘Librairie’ is a bookshop, not a library. ‘Sensible’ means sensitive, not sensible. ‘Assister à’ means to attend, not to assist. Becoming fluent in these dangers is a straightforward way to boost a listening score, as one misread word can lead to a completely wrong answer.

Edexcel 阅读和听力卷子里掺杂着假同源词,足以让本来实力强劲的学生翻车。’Actuellement’ 意思是“目前”,而不是“实际上”。’Librairie’ 是书店,不是图书馆。’Sensible’ 意思是敏感的,不是明智的。’Assister à’ 表示参加,不是帮助。熟练掌握这些危险词汇是提升听力分数的简单途径,因为读错一个词就可能导致答案全盘皆错。

Another category is words that have multiple meanings depending on context. ‘Faire’ is not just ‘to do/to make’ but can be used in endless idiomatic expressions like ‘faire attention’, ‘faire les courses’, ‘faire la grasse matinée’. In translation, ‘il fait beau’ must become ‘the weather is nice’, not ‘he makes beautiful’. ‘Passer’ can mean to spend time, to take an exam, or to pass by, and candidates often pick the wrong nuance in gap-fill tasks.

另一类是根据上下文多义而变的词。’Faire’ 不只是“做”,还可用在无数习语中,比如 ‘faire attention’、’faire les courses’、’faire la grasse matinée’。在翻译中,’il fait beau’ 必须翻成“天气很好”,而不是“他做得很美”。’Passer’ 可以表示度过时间、参加考试或路过,考生在完形填空任务中经常选错义项。

Keep a dedicated ‘faux amis’ log during your revision and practise using them in sentences. For example: ‘je suis actuellement en vacances’ (I am currently on holiday) vs ‘actually, I am on holiday’ would be ‘en fait, je suis en vacances’. Recognising these differences not only helps in receptive skills but also boosts written accuracy.

在复习中维护一份专属“假朋友”日志,并练习用它们造句。例如:’je suis actuellement en vacances’(我目前在度假),而 ‘actually, I am on holiday’ 则是 ‘en fait, je suis en vacances’。识别这些差异不仅对接受性技能有帮助,也能提升书面准确性。

8. Speaking Exam – Role-Play and Photo Card Precision | 口语考试——角色扮演与图片卡的精确表达

The role-play is deceptively simple and many candidates lose marks by adding unnecessary complexity that introduces errors. Stick to the prompt and respond with a short, accurate sentence. If the instruction says ‘say you like football’, a safe answer is ‘j’aime le football’, not a three-clause explanation of your favourite team. Getting the task completed without grammatical error is more important than being elaborate.

角色扮演看似简单,很多考生却因为加入不必要的复杂表达反而引入错误而丢分。紧贴提示,用一个短而准确的句子作答。如果指令说“表达你喜欢足球”,安全的回答是 ‘j’aime le football’,而不是关于你最爱球队的三段式解释。在没有语法错误的前提下完成任务,比追求繁复更重要。

The photo card requires you to describe a picture and then answer related questions. A common weakness is giving a mere list of objects instead of structured description: ‘il y a une plage, un garçon, un ballon’ is much less effective than ‘sur la photo, je peux voir une plage où un garçon joue avec un ballon’. Use the present progressive sense with ‘en train de’ to show range: ‘il est en train de nager’.

图片卡要求你描述一幅图然后回答相关问题。一个常见弱点是把描述变成物品列举:’il y a une plage, un garçon, un ballon’,远不如 ‘sur la photo, je peux voir une plage où un garçon joue avec un ballon’ 有效。用 ‘en train de’ 表达正在进行的状态,以展示语言广度:’il est en train de nager’。

The general conversation part awards marks for spontaneity, extended responses and justified opinions. Phrases like ‘je dirais que’, ‘à mon avis’, ‘il me semble que’ accompanied by ‘parce que’ and ‘mais’ will lift your score. However, a repeated error is overusing ‘aussi’ as a filler. Aim for a natural flow and vary your connectives: ‘de plus’, ‘en outre’, ‘cependant’, ‘pourtant’. Practising with a timer to develop a three-minute answer that includes past, present and future references is an excellent strategy.

一般对话部分会奖励自发性、扩展回答和论证过的观点。像 ‘je dirais que’、’à mon avis’、’il me semble que’ 再搭配 ‘parce que’ 和 ‘mais’ 这样的话语会提高分数。然而,一个反复出现的错误是过度使用 ‘aussi’ 作为填充词。力求表达自然流畅,并变换连接词:’de plus’、’en outre’、’cependant’、’pourtant’。用计时器实操练习,准备一个涵盖过去、现在和未来指标的 3 分钟答案,是非常棒的策略。

9. Listening Skills – Coping with Speed and Accent | 听力技能——应对语速与口音

Edexcel listening recordings feature a variety of French accents, including standard Parisian, southern French, and occasionally Canadian or North African. Candidates who are only familiar with their textbook recordings often freeze when they encounter a different pronunciation. Exposure to authentic materials such as French YouTube videos, songs and news clips is essential. Focus on recognising the dropped ‘e’ (as in ‘l’ matin’ for ‘le matin’) and liaisons that change the sound shape of known words.

Edexcel 听力录音包括多种法语口音,有标准巴黎音、法国南部口音,偶尔还有加拿大或北非口音。只熟悉课本音频的考生在遇到不同发音时往往会僵住。接触原汁原味的材料,如法语 YouTube 视频、歌曲和新闻片段,至关重要。重点识别被省略的 ‘e’(比如 ‘l’ matin’ 表示 ‘le matin’)以及改变已知词语音形的联诵现象。

Numbers, dates, times and prices are perennially tested in listening gap-fill. Writing ’13’ when the speaker says ’16’ because you misheard the ‘teen’ vs ‘ty’ distinction is a tale as old as the exam itself. Drill the numbers between soixante-dix (70) and quatre-vingt-dix (99) as they remain a hotspot of confusion. Remember that ‘quatre-vingt-dix-sept’ is 97, not a string of separate numbers.

数字、日期、时间和价格是听力填空题中万年不变的高频考点。把说话者说的 ’16’ 写成 ’13’,因为听错了 ‘teen’ 与 ‘ty’ 的区别,这是一个与考试同龄的老故事。重点操练 soixante-dix (70) 到 quatre-vingt-dix (99) 之间的数字,因为它们仍是混淆高发区。记住 ‘quatre-vingt-dix-sept’ 是 97,而不是一连串孤立的数字。

Listen for French-specific discourse markers that signal a shift in argument: ‘en fait’, ‘quand même’, ‘du coup’. These often indicate that the speaker is about to correct or specify information, which can be the key to finding the correct answer in a multiple-choice item. Also, identifying the negative ‘ne’ even when it is pronounced very lightly is critical – missing it can invert the entire meaning of an answer.

留心听那些标志论述转折的法语话语标记:’en fait’、’quand même’、’du coup’。这些词通常暗示说话人即将更正或具体说明信息,可能是你找到选择题正确答案的关键。此外,识别否定词 ‘ne’ 即使它被读得非常轻也很关键——听漏了它可能彻底反转答案的意思。

10. Reading – Tackling Authentic Texts and Inferences | 阅读——攻克真实语料与推理题

Edexcel reading papers incorporate real-world texts: adverts, blog posts, emails, news snippets. Understanding layout, cognates and context is more effective than understanding every single word. Questions testing inference require you to read between the lines. For instance, an ad saying ‘fermé le lundi’ implies that the shop is open the rest of the week. Look for conditional phrases like ‘on pourrait’ or ‘si on avait’ that signal possibility rather than fact.

Edexcel 阅读卷会融入真实语料:广告、博客帖子、电子邮件、新闻片段。理解排布、同源词和上下文比读懂每一个单词更有效。考查推理的题目要求你读出言外之意。例如,一则广告上写着 ‘fermé le lundi’,暗示商店一周内的其余时间营业。注意像 ‘on pourrait’ 或 ‘si on avait’ 这样的条件式短语,它们表示可能性而非事实。

Translation from French into English is often where candidates misinterpret the tense or number. ‘Ils ont acheté une voiture’ is ‘they bought a car’ (perfect), not ‘they buy’. Watch out for the passive voice using ‘on’ – ‘on m’a dit’ means ‘I was told’. Whenever ‘il s’agit de’ appears, it is usually a definition or an explanation of what something ‘is about’, and misreading it can throw off the whole paragraph.

法译英部分常常是考生误解时态或数字的地方。’Ils ont acheté une voiture’ 是“他们买了一辆车”(完成时),不是“他们买”。小心用 ‘on’ 表达的被动语态——’on m’a dit’ 意思是“我被告知”。每当出现 ‘il s’agit de’,通常是对“是什么”下定义或作解释,误读它可能导致整个段落理解跑偏。

Build a habit of scanning questions before reading the text, and highlight the exact words that the question uses in the text. This ‘spot the paraphrase’ skill is crucial because correct answers are rarely worded exactly like the text; they paraphrase. Training yourself to recognise ‘un séjour’ as ‘a stay’ and ‘les frais’ as ‘costs’ can dramatically speed up your reading time.

养成先读题干后看文章的习惯,并标出问句中出现在文章里的确切词汇。这种“识别释义”的技能至关重要,因为正确答案的措辞往往与原文不同,而是改写了原文。练习把 ‘un séjour’ 识别为“逗留、住宿”,把 ‘les frais’ 识别为“费用”,可以极大加快阅读速度。

11. Writing – Structure, Range and Accuracy | 写作——结构、广度与准确性

The 80-90 word and 130-150 word tasks both require a clear response that answers all bullet points. However, many candidates treat the shorter task as a note form and fail to write in full sentences with verbs. Every bullet must be covered with a developed sentence that includes a conjugated verb, because the mark scheme penalises checklist-style writing. For the longer task, the ability to narrate events in two time frames (past and future) is explicitly assessed.

80—90 词和 130—150 词的任务都要求清晰的回答覆盖所有要点。然而,很多考生把短任务当作笔记形式,不能用含有动词的完整句子来写。每个要点都必须用至少一个包含变位动词的拓展句来覆盖,因为评分标准会惩罚清单式的书写。对于长任务,在两个时间框架(过去和未来)中叙事的能力会被明确评估。

Organise your longer writing with a simple framework: present situation – past event – future plan – opinion. Within that, insert a few set phrases like ‘après avoir fini mes études’ (after finishing my studies) to show complex structures. Adverbs add nuance: ‘malheureusement’, ‘heureusement’, ‘personnellement’. A typical mistake is writing all sentences of equal length; vary sentence length by using relative pronouns and connectives.

用简单的框架组织你的长写作:现状——过去事件——未来计划——个人观点。在其中,插入几个固定表达,如 ‘après avoir fini mes études’(完成学业之后),以展示复杂结构。副词能增添细腻度:’malheureusement’、’heureusement’、’personnellement’。一个典型错误是所有句子长度相同;要通过使用关系代词和连接词来变换句子长度。

Proofreading for agreement errors and accents must be systematic. Missing an accent on ‘ou’ (or) vs ‘où’ (where) or on ‘a’ (has) vs ‘à’ (to) can turn a correct sentence into a wrong one. Set aside 2-3 minutes at the end of the writing task solely to scan for missing cedillas, circumflexes and grave accents, as these are a quick source of lost accuracy marks.

系统地校对配合错误和重音符号是必不可少的。漏掉 ‘ou’(或者)和 ‘où’(哪里)的重音符号,或 ‘a’(有)和 ‘à’(到)的区分,可能会把正确句子变成错句。在写作任务结束前专门留出 2—3 分钟,仅用来扫读漏掉的软音符、长音符和开口音符,因为它们是丢失准确性分数的快捷来源。

12. Vocabulary Themes and Idiom Traps | 词汇主题与习语陷阱

The five Edexcel themes – Identity and Culture, Local Area, Holiday and Travel, School, Future Aspirations, Study and Work, and International and Global Dimension – all appear in every paper. Focus on mastering the high-frequency lexicon for each: family members, physical descriptions, daily routine, house and home, weather, food, shopping, social media, environmental problems. Instead of memorising long vocabulary lists, embed words into mini-paragraphs that can be adapted to both writing and speaking.

Edexcel 五大主题——身份与文化、当地环境、度假与旅行、学校、未来理想、学业与工作,以及国际与全球层面——每一份卷子都会涉及。重点掌握每个主题的高频词汇:家庭成员、外貌描写、日常生活、房子与家、天气、食物、购物、社交媒体、环境问题。与其死记大量的词汇表,不如将词语嵌入可以灵活用于写作和口语的小段落里。

Idiomatic expressions such as ‘avoir besoin de’, ‘avoir envie de’, ‘avoir peur de’, ‘avoir raison/tort’ are extremely common and tested both directly and indirectly. A candidate who writes ‘j’ai peur des chiens’ correctly uses the idiomatic ‘avoir’ expression, but one who writes ‘je suis peur’ betrays a basic misunderstanding. Similarly, ‘il y a’ is used for ‘there is/are’ and should never be confused with ‘c’est’ for ‘it is’.

像 ‘avoir besoin de’、’avoir envie de’、’avoir peur de’、’avoir raison/tort’ 这样的习语表达极其常见,会以直接和间接方式被考查。写出 ‘j’ai peur des chiens’ 的考生
