1. Course Overview & How to Use This Guide | 课程概述与指南用法

This bridging course is structured around the main themes and grammar required for OCR GCSE French. Each section introduces a grammar topic through clear explanations and bilingual examples, followed by practical tips for skill development. Spend about an hour per section and revisit challenging areas.

本衔接课程围绕 OCR GCSE 法语的主要主题和语法要求构建。每个部分通过清晰的解释和双语示例介绍一个语法主题,然后提供技能发展的实用技巧。每个部分建议花费约一小时,并反复巩固薄弱环节。

You do not need to complete every section in one go. Instead, spread the work over several weeks. Use the final section to create a personalised study plan for the remaining summer.

你无需一次性完成所有部分。而是将任务分散到几周内完成。利用最后一部分制定个性化的暑期剩余时间学习计划。

2. Theme Areas of OCR GCSE French | OCR GCSE 法语的主题领域

The OCR specification is divided into three broad themes: Identity and Culture (e.g., family, technology, free time), Local, National, International and Global Areas of Interest (e.g., home town, social issues, the environment), and Current and Future Study and Employment (e.g., school life, jobs, future plans). Familiarising yourself with these themes will help you organise vocabulary.

OCR 考试大纲分为三大主题:身份与文化(如家庭、科技、休闲)、地方、国家、国际及全球关注的领域(如家乡、社会议题、环境),以及当前与未来的学习和就业(如学校生活、职业、未来规划)。熟悉这些主题有助于你整理词汇。

Try creating mind maps for each sub-topic and collecting useful phrases. For example, for ‘Technology in everyday life’, list phrases like utiliser les réseaux sociaux (to use social media), télécharger une application (to download an app).

尝试为每个子主题绘制思维导图并收集实用短语。例如,针对“日常生活中的科技”,列出像 utiliser les réseaux sociaux(使用社交媒体)、télécharger une application(下载应用程序)这样的短语。

3. Key Grammar 1: The Present Tense (Le Présent) | 关键语法 1:现在时

The present tense is fundamental. Regular -er verbs follow the pattern: drop -er and add -e, -es, -e, -ons, -ez, -ent. For example, parler becomes je parle, tu parles, il/elle parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils/elles parlent.

现在时是基础。规则 -er 动词遵循的模式是:去掉 -er,加上 -e, -es, -e, -ons, -ez, -ent。例如,parler 变为 je parle, tu parles, il/elle parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils/elles parlent

For -ir verbs (like finir), the endings are -is, -is, -it, -issons, -issez, -issent. For -re verbs (like vendre), they are -s, -s, -, -ons, -ez, -ent. Pay attention to irregular verbs such as être, avoir, aller, faire, which must be memorised.

对于 -ir 动词(如 finir),词尾是 -is, -is, -it, -issons, -issez, -issent。对于 -re 动词(如 vendre),词尾是 -s, -s, -, -ons, -ez, -ent。注意必须熟记的不规则动词,如 être, avoir, aller, faire

Practice by describing your daily routine using only the present: Je me lève à sept heures, je prends le petit-déjeuner et je vais au collège.

请用现在时描述你的日常生活来练习:Je me lève à sept heures, je prends le petit-déjeuner et je vais au collège.(我七点起床,吃早餐,然后去上学。)

4. Key Grammar 2: The Perfect Tense (Le Passé Composé) | 关键语法 2:复合过去时

The perfect tense describes completed past actions. It is formed with an auxiliary verb (avoir or être) in the present tense plus a past participle. Most verbs use avoir: j’ai mangé, tu as fini. A set of ‘être’ verbs (often motion verbs) require agreement: elle est allée, ils sont partis.

复合过去时描述已完成的过去动作。它由助动词(avoirêtre)的现在时加上过去分词构成。大多数动词用 avoirj’ai mangé, tu as fini。一组“être”动词(通常是移动动词)需要性数配合:elle est allée, ils sont partis

Past participles: -er verbs → -é (parlé), -ir verbs → -i (fini), -re verbs → -u (vendu). Irregular ones include fait (faire), mis (mettre), vu (voir), pris (prendre). Learn the mnemonic ‘Dr & Mrs Vandertramp’ for être verbs.

过去分词:-er 动词 → -é(parlé),-ir 动词 → -i(fini),-re 动词 → -u(vendu)。不规则分词包括 fait (faire), mis (mettre), vu (voir), pris (prendre)。请借助记忆口诀 “Dr & Mrs Vandertramp” 来记住 être 动词。

5. Key Grammar 3: The Imperfect Tense (L’Imparfait) & Past Tense Contrast | 关键语法 3:未完成过去时与过去时制对比

The imperfect tense describes ongoing, habitual or descriptive past actions. Form it by taking the ‘nous’ form of the present, dropping -ons and adding -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient. Je parlais, tu finissais, il vendait. The only irregular stem is ét- for être: j’étais.

未完成过去时描述进行中的、习惯性的或描述性的过去动作。构成方法是取现在时 nous 的词干,去掉 -ons,加上 -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient。例如 je parlais, tu finissais, il vendait。唯一不规则词干是 êtreét-j’étais

Contrast with the perfect tense: use imperfect for background/description, perfect for specific completed events. Il pleuvait (imperfect) quand je suis sorti (perfect).

与复合过去时对比:未完成过去时用于背景/描写,复合过去时用于具体完成的动作。Il pleuvait(未完成过去时,正在下雨)quand je suis sorti(复合过去时,我出去了)。

6. Key Grammar 4: Future Tenses (Simple & Near Future) | 关键语法 4:简单将来时与最近将来时

The near future (le futur proche) is formed with aller + infinitive: je vais étudier, nous allons voyager. It is very common for immediate plans. The simple future adds endings -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, –
