1. Ordering in a Café | 在咖啡馆点餐

María enters a café in Madrid. She says: ‘Buenos días. Quiero un café con leche y un cruasán, por favor.’ The waiter replies: ‘¿Algo más?’ María adds: ‘Sí, un zumo de naranja natural.’ The total comes to 5,40 €. She hands over a 10 € note and says: ‘Tenga, el cambio, por favor.’ This simple exchange uses key verbs querer (to want) and tener (to have), along with the polite command tenga. Notice how the adjective natural stays singular to match zumo.

玛丽亚走进马德里一家咖啡馆。她说:“早上好。我想要一杯牛奶咖啡和一个牛角面包,谢谢。”服务员回答:“还需要别的吗?”玛丽亚补充:“是的,一杯天然橙汁。”总价是 5.40 欧元。她递上一张 10 欧元钞票并说:“给您,请找零。”这段简单的对话使用了核心动词 querer(想要)tener(有),以及礼貌命令式 tenga。注意形容词 natural 保持单数以匹配 zumo

2. Describing Your Family | 描述你的家庭

In a speaking exam, Carlos says: ‘En mi familia somos cinco: mi madre, mi padre, mi hermana mayor, mi abuela y yo. Mi hermana es alta y morena, pero yo soy bajo y rubio. Mi abuela es muy simpática, siempre cuenta historias divertidas.’ The verb ser is used for permanent characteristics, while estar would be used for temporary states. The possessive adjectives mi and mis agree in number with the noun they modify. When mi hermana mayor is described, the adjective mayor follows the noun, as do most descriptive adjectives in Spanish.

3. School Timetable and Opinions | 学校课程表与看法

Laura writes in her diary: ‘Los lunes tengo matemáticas a las nueve. Es una asignatura difícil pero interesante. Después, a las diez, tengo inglés. Me gusta mucho porque la profesora es divertida. Los miércoles tengo educación física por la tarde; me encanta jugar al fútbol.’ The structure me gusta + infinitive expresses what you like doing, while me encanta shows stronger enthusiasm. Time is expressed using a las + hour. Don’t forget that days of the week are not capitalised in Spanish.

劳拉在日记中写道:“星期一我九点有数学课。这是一门很难但有趣的科目。之后十点我有英语课。我非常喜欢,因为老师很有趣。星期三下午我有体育课;我特别喜欢踢足球。”结构 me gusta + 动词原形 表达你喜欢做什么,而 me encanta 表示更强烈的喜爱。时间用 a las + 钟点 来表达。别忘了星期几在西班牙语中不用大写。

4. Weekend Activities and Frequency | 周末活动与频率

During a paired speaking task, Ana asks: ‘¿Qué haces los fines de semana?’ Pablo answers: ‘Normalmente me levanto tarde. A veces voy al cine con mis amigos. Siempre hago los deberes el sábado por la mañana. Nunca salgo los domingos por la noche porque al día siguiente tengo colegio.’ Adverbs of frequency like normalmente, a veces, siempre, nunca usually go before the conjugated verb. The reflexive verb levantarse is used here in the first person: me levanto.

在一次结对口语任务中,安娜问:“你周末做什么?”巴勃罗回答:“我通常起得晚。有时候我和朋友去看电影。我总是在星期六早上做作业。星期天晚上我从不外出,因为第二天要上学。”频率副词如 normalmente, a veces, siempre, nunca 通常放在变位动词之前。反身动词 levantarse 在这里用于第一人称:me levanto

5. Shopping for Clothes | 购买衣服

In a role-play, customer and shop assistant interact: ‘Buenas tardes. ¿Tienen esta camiseta en rojo?’ — ‘Sí, ¿qué talla usa?’ — ‘La talla mediana, por favor. ¿Puedo probármela?’ — ‘Claro, los probadores están al fondo.’ The verb probarse (to try on) is reflexive and the pronoun me is attached to the infinitive. Colours follow the noun and must agree in gender and number: camiseta roja, but pantalones negros. The polite form ¿Puedo + infinitive? is a safe way to ask for permission.

6. Describing Your Town | 描述你的城镇

For a written project, Miguel writes: ‘Vivo en un pueblo pequeño en la costa. Hay una playa muy bonita y un puerto deportivo. En el centro hay una plaza mayor con una fuente antigua. Los sábados hay un mercado donde se vende fruta fresca y ropa. Me gusta mi pueblo porque es tranquilo y la gente es amable.’ The phrase se vende illustrates the impersonal se, commonly used for general statements. The adjectives pequeño, bonita, antigua, fresca, tranquilo, amable all agree with their nouns.

为了一个书面项目,米格尔写道:“我住在一个海边小镇。有一片非常漂亮的海滩和一个游艇码头。市中心有一个大广场和一座古老的喷泉。星期六有集市,卖新鲜水果和衣服。我喜欢我的小镇,因为它很安静,人们也很友善。”短语 se vende 展示了无人称 se,常用于概括性陈述。形容词 pequeño, bonita, antigua, fresca, tranquilo, amable 都与它们修饰的名词性数一致。

7. At the Doctor’s Surgery | 在诊所看病

Pablo feels unwell and visits the doctor. He says: ‘Doctor, me duele la cabeza y tengo fiebre.’ The doctor asks: ‘¿Desde cuándo tiene estos síntomas?’ Pablo replies: ‘Desde ayer. También tengo tos.’ The doctor advises: ‘Tiene que descansar y beber mucha agua. Tome este jarabe cada ocho horas.’ The construction me duele + singular body part is used for ‘my … hurts’. The verb tener que + infinitive expresses obligation. The command tome is the formal imperative of tomar.

巴勃罗感觉不舒服,去看医生。他说:“医生,我头疼并且发烧。”医生问:“这些症状多久了?”巴勃罗回答:“从昨天开始。我还咳嗽。”医生建议:“您必须休息并多喝水。每八小时服用一次这种糖浆。”结构 me duele + 单数身体部位 用于表达“……疼”。动词 tener que + 动词原形 表示义务。命令式 tometomar 的正式命令式。

8. Plans for the Holidays | 假期计划

Elena chats with a friend: ‘Este verano voy a ir a Barcelona con mi familia. Vamos a visitar la Sagrada Familia y el Parque Güell. Mi hermano quiere ir a la playa todos los días. Yo prefiero pasear por el Barrio Gótico. Vamos a probar las tapas típicas.’ The near future is expressed with ir a + infinitive. The verb preferir is a stem-changing verb (e → ie). The phrase todos los días shows the plural form of el día, which is masculine despite ending in -a.

Carmen calls her friend Luis: ‘Hola Luis, ¿quieres venir al cine esta noche? Ponen una película de acción nueva.’ Luis declines: ‘Lo siento, no puedo. Tengo que cuidar a mi hermano pequeño.’ Carmen insists: ‘¿Y mañana? Es sábado.’ Luis agrees: ‘Vale, mañana sí puedo. ¿A qué hora quedamos?’ The verb poner here means ‘they are showing’ (a film). The phrase cuidar a + person uses the personal a. Vale is a very common way to say ‘okay’ in Spain.

卡门给朋友路易斯打电话:“嗨路易斯,你今晚想去看电影吗?正在放一部新的动作片。”路易斯婉拒:“对不起,我不行。我得照顾我弟弟。”卡门坚持:“那明天呢?明天是星期六。”路易斯同意:“好吧,明天我可以。我们几点见?”动词 poner 在这里意思是“(电影院)正在放映”。短语 cuidar a + 人 使用了人物 aVale 是西班牙非常常用的表示“好的”的方式。

10. Talking About Food and Meals | 谈论食物与三餐

In a blog post, a student writes: ‘En España el desayuno suele ser ligero: un café y una tostada. La comida principal es el almuerzo, que se toma entre las dos y las tres. La cena es más tarde, a eso de las nueve. Mi plato favorito es la paella de marisco. De postre, me encanta el flan con caramelo.’ The verb soler + infinitive (here conjugated as suele) is used to express what usually happens. The meal times in Spain are typically later than in many other countries.

在一篇博客文章中,一个学生写道:“在西班牙,早餐通常很清淡:一杯咖啡和一片烤面包。主要的一餐是午餐,在两点到三点之间吃。晚餐更晚,大约九点左右。我最喜欢的菜是海鲜饭。至于甜点,我特别喜欢焦糖布丁。”动词 soler + 动词原形(这里变位为 suele)用来表达通常会发生的事情。西班牙的用餐时间通常比许多其他国家晚。

11. Comparing Two Cities | 比较两座城市

In a writing task, a learner writes: ‘Madrid es más grande que Granada, pero Granada es más bonita. Madrid tiene más museos y tiendas, sin embargo Granada tiene la Alhambra. En mi opinión, Granada es más tranquila y menos estresante que Madrid.’ Comparisons use más … que (more … than) and menos … que (less … than). The opinions are introduced by en mi opinión. The adjective estresante is invariable in gender, staying the same for masculine and feminine nouns.

在一项写作任务中,一个学习者写道:“马德里比格拉纳达大,但格拉纳达更漂亮。马德里有更多的博物馆和商店,然而格拉纳达有阿尔罕布拉宫。在我看来,格拉纳达比马德里更安静、压力更小。”比较使用 más … que(比……更……)和 menos … que(不如……)。观点由 en mi opinión 引出。形容词 estresante 在性上不变,用于阳性和阴性名词时形式相同。

12. Daily Routine Using Reflexive Verbs | 日常作息与反身动词

Ana describes her typical Monday: ‘Me despierto a las siete y media, pero me levanto a las ocho. Me ducho con agua caliente y luego me visto deprisa. Desayuno cereales con leche y salgo de casa a las ocho y media. En el instituto, me encuentro con mis amigos antes de la primera clase.’ The reflexive pronouns (me, te, se, nos, os, se) precede the conjugated verb, except in infinitive or imperative constructions. The phrase deprisa is an adverb of manner meaning ‘quickly’.

安娜描述她典型的星期一:“我七点半醒来,但我八点起床。我用热水冲个澡,然后匆忙穿好衣服。我早饭吃谷物泡牛奶,八点半出门。到学校后,我在第一节课前和朋友们碰面。”反身代词(me, te, se, nos, os, se)放在变位动词之前,除非在动词原形或命令式中。短语 deprisa 是方式副词,意思是“快速地”。
