The CAIE AS Music syllabus (9483) is designed to develop your skills in listening, performing, composing, and personal research. You will study set works from a range of historical periods, analyse unfamiliar music, and produce either a performance or a composition portfolio, alongside an independent investigation into a chosen area of music.
